Tammy catches her bully of a fiance in her bed with his secretarry. It was the push she needed to end the relationship. She stays with her best friend till Cheryl's wedding, then she goes to stay with Cheryl's brother Drew, while working at his inn in the country.
There is a strong attraction between Tammy and Drew, but both are wary, since Tammy is comng out of a bad relationship. They flirt, yet keep their distance.
Everyone can see the budding romance, but both parties are flirting yet distant. Drew is a dominant man and threatens her with a spanking from time to time. Once, domestic discipline enters the picture, the romance fires up.
YET, bully ex is back and harrassing Tammy. She thinks she can handle the situation, and doesn't tell Drew what her ex is doing. When he contacts Drew, Drew takes charge.

I enjoyed this quick-read love story showing the difference between dominant and domineering men.

I enjoyed this domestic discipline story, and Tammy and Andrew were great characters. Unlike some of this genre, Tammy didn't act the annoying brat to earn her discipline, which allowed to me to like her.
Yet with all that I liked about this, there was something substantial missing between the characters. It was all lovely on the surface, but lacked depth, maybe? A deeper connection perhaps.
All in all a nice story, and I'll be reading more of this author.
