A. Nox was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, and currently calls Oklahoma City, Oklahoma home. When she isn't writing dangerously unhinged women, she's a mother of three and works in the medical field.
Her love affair with dark romance began about two years ago. Somewhere between morally questionable men, obsessive love, and stories that made her question her own sanity, a story of her own refused to leave her head. That story became PSYCHO.
Funny enough, A. Nox never intended to publish it. Writing *Psycho* was simply a way to get the story, and the characters who wouldn't shut the hell up, out of her head.
It wasn't until she began sharing pieces of it with a close friend that publishing became more than a passing thought. With a little convincing, a lot of fear, and absolutely no idea what she was getting herself into, she decided to take the leap into indie publishing.
She chose to put her confidence in the story she'd created and, more importantly, in the stories she still feels she was born to tell.
And those stories come with a little twist.
A. Nox has a particular fascination with FMCs who are every bit as insane, dangerous, obsessive, and morally questionable as the men beside them. Dark romance has given us the infamous touch her and die” man.
A. Nox wants to know: What happens when she's the one saying it?
Role reversal is her obsession, morally black women are her playground, and through the Deranged Darlings Series, she's ready to bring a different kind of crazy to the dark romance community.
Because sometimes the man isn't the one you should be afraid of.
