Jade Jack has written possibly the funniest, spiciest and most Scottish book I have ever had the pleasure of reading!

I read this in one day and it was one day very well spent! Not only is this a love story with a VERY green flag man, it's an ode to female friendship and the importance those relationships have in your life as a woman. Isla and Ali's story is absolutely breathtaking, a gorgeous second chance romance. I found Isla as a character to be quite relatable being a woman in my late twenties myself and broaching turning 30 and not knowing if you have the balance right of settling down or appreciating the last of your twenties. I also absolutely loved Glasgow as a setting, it made the story much more vivid in my head as I've been to those places, and the Glaswegian humour is second to none!

Overall, I laughed, I blushed, I cried and couldn't have wanted a better Glaswegian love story 💙

Kiss Me Down Under by Jade Jack — 5⭐️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️
“So, what you’re saying is that you’re going to kiss me down under?” 👀😂

Absolutely bloody loved this one! We’ve got romance, chemistry, chaos, amazing characters and a LOT of spice 🔥🔥🔥 This book is spicyyyyy and I was absolutely here for it 😂🌶️

I always love a Glasgow setting and Jade absolutely nailed it. Clyde 1, Brel, breaking your VL, taps aff weather… honestly, it felt TOO real 😂

The characters were brilliant and so easy to love, and I could genuinely picture so many of them as actual people you’d meet in real life. Messy, funny, chaotic and ridiculously likeable.

This story really resonated with me and I had the BEST time reading it. Jade has created something so fun, spicy and full of heart, and I’m already impatiently waiting for the next one!

If you’re a fan of Sophie Gravia, this gal is for you 👀❤️

Congrats Jade, I absolutely loved this one and can’t wait to see what you bring us next! 🥹💗

Sometimes when you read a book, you can envisage it as a film and this would certainly make a great rom-com ! It is so true to life in many aspects. Also it's funny, sexy, witty with romance in plenty. Set in dual countries, it gives off both the Scottish and Australian vibe without trying and that makes it a great read. I also loved the double entendre of the title !! A very good debut novel from this author and I look forward to her next book.
