Married to international, best-selling comic artist David Finch and mother to three boys, Meredith has been steeped in the world of comics since meeting Finch in November 2005.
Having written for both Zenescope and DC Comics, Meredith begins her first foray into creator-owned comics in 2017. Titled ROSE, this fantasy series combines her love of mythology with modern issues, and is sure to be a hit with her many fans.
Eu amo a forma como a Mulher-Maravilha é representada nessa história, um símbolo de poder, coragem e orgulho para as demais amazonas. Uma leitura rápida com uma história bacana e traços lindos.
Another stellar issue by Meredith and David Finch. This issue added so much depth to the Amazonian culture, and it was a delight to see the combination of 2 separate, although linked story lines. Annuals are usually my favorites when they come around. This one was by far one of the best I've read. The art is beautifully rendered by David Finch, who has an uncanny ability to display Diana both respectably, and iconic.
This is really the conclusion of the first story arc by the Finches. Wonder Woman and Donna Troy come into direct conflict over Donna’s handling of the Amazon brothers. Meanwhile the alien insect storyline is kind of summarily ended. I really like the depths that Diana reaches in her discussions with both the alien queen and Donna Troy. It speaks to her growth as a leader. There is also a back-up story about Derinoe, the witch-crone that birthed Donna.
