Sooooooo I got to the end and bust out laughing. I had to say wait a minute because I wasn't expecting that at all! I don't even know where to start with Envy. She had it rough to say the least, but being too trusting of Carmen sure complicated things. Some of the secrets revealed were just as shocking but Nolan's wife sure went off the deep end. I felt bad for Tia because she had so much to look forward to. I'm still not too sure about Silas and feel like there's more to him. Carmen is so bitter and I wouldn't be surprised if she has a few secrets of her own. I'm not sure what to expect with that ending because things are definitely about to change. Envy went from trying to stack to have a better life but the more she continues to get her curves reserved, the more problems arise. Now I'm ready to find out whose husband isn't who they claim to be if they're spending time with Envy.

Read this book in one day. It was really good. I'm impatient so I kept skipping ahead to the good parts. Some of this was sad but some of it was funny as hell. These clients had me dying laughing with their crazy request. Envy was starting to turn into a lil nymphomaniac towards the end too. Can't wait for book two

Wow!! Another 5 star rating! BM Hardin never ceases to amaze me. I was done in a couple of hours, this book definitely had me on the edge of my seat. Envy, honey, I think you bit off more than you can chew. Cold, husband...ready for part 2.

B M Hardin girl you did it this book was so very good and I can't wait for part 2. You talking about a messed up family with a lot of twists and turns this is it. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it to everyone. THIS IS A YOU GOT TO READ,READ.

Another great book
I enjoyed the thrill of the story line. Great work from one of my new favorite authors.

WOW!!!!I was beyond surprise at the book.I can't believe all the drama,betrayal and secrets.Carmen was a trifling slimy bitch I didn't like her and that secret was cray I knew it was something about her.I felt bad for Tia and the drama she had to deal with.Then ole girl I really felt bad because the one man she trusted betray her and ain't shit she could do about it.i was surprised when the sisters was telling secrets I wasn't expecting that one.That ending was hella funny and cray to me I can't wait to read part two.

I really enjoyed reading this story, it had many twists and turns that I didn't expect would happen.
This story is about a woman named Envy and how she is trying to make ends meet so she can afford the bills and take care of her daughter. Envy was fired from her hotel job as a maid because of a offer that she turned down. The offer was to work on the secret 13th floor of the hotel and be a "service maid" to high paying clients.
Once Envy realized that she has no money and no other options she decided to go and take her job back plus the offer of working on the 13th floor.
In this story Envy learns alot about family, money, secrets and lies and what people would do when it came to bidding their secrets and lies, all for the price of money.
I really enjoyed reading story it was definitely a page turner with a lot going on. This story was also well written it almost made me feel like I was Envy going through all emotional situations in the story. The characters were relatable and I started to have an emotional attachment to them. I will be reading parts 2 & 3 of this installment.
My questions for this story are:
Will Envy's sisters find out about her job at the hotel?
Where does Salis goes during the day?
Who husband was that client talking about towards the end?

MUST READ!!!!
This is definitely a must read. I enjoyed this book from the beginning to end. Some parts i didn't see coming but they were great. I can't wait until part 2 comes out. Ms. Hardin you did the darn thing with this book. I knew it was going to be great anyway. Keep up the good work.

Filled with exciting characters & storyline, this tale is the beginning of another BM Hardin hit! I did feel bad for Tia's situation- Envy really had her hands full. The combination of the funny lines & expectant twist has me looking forward to the next part! Great read!

OMGosh!!! This was my first book by this author and it will not be my last. This story had me hooked from the first page. It had some unexpected twists and turns that this book had me up most of the night. The story has suspense and excitement and the secrets are shocking, full of drama, and betrayal. Envy, is a single, plus size beauty with curves, who has a 3-year-old daughter, Horizon, and she works as a regular maid at a hotel. She is trying to hold her head above water, but she is slipping under fast. She also takes care of her younger sister who is in college, Tia. She has plenty of secrets and trying to do is make ends meet with what she has.
The characters from Rodney to Carmen to Silas, all have secrets. The characters are relatable and real. The situations they are going through are believable. The charter is well developed.
This story had me laughing, shouting, and cursing at the characters. The author had me on an emotional roller coaster. The storyline flowed smoothly. I like how you incorporated this scandal on the 13th floor of the hotel, which could be real. The story was fast paced and realistic. The story kept me turning the pages and finishing in record time in the middle of the night. This book could be made into a Lifetime movie.
The themes in the book are disloyalty, death, prostitution, divorce, murder, and full of explosives that will leave you in awe. This kept the story very interesting to me and I couldn’t put the book down. And the only thing that I didn’t like about the book is the d@@@ cliffhanger but onto Part 2!
I do recommend this book and I give this book 5 stars.

What’s Done in The Dark
Wow where do I start? I just became aware of this author Last year when I read one of her books. I’ve been hooked ever since. This story kept me on entertained from the beginning. The storyline is different. All though some parts were a little predictable, the ending threw me for a loop
I will definitely be checking out part two. Envy is a different type of woman and the men in her life are mess. She’s carrying so many secrets with her that I think in book two she’ll definitely spell some of time. Not may errors were found. There was a point where the story started to drag, but it picked up quickly.

That cliffhanger...... Omg!!
That cliffhanger at the end had my hollering! I love Hardin's books but this character had too much tragedy happening in her life. For once I thought things were on the up and up for her and her sister Tia. I'm going to purchase and download the next book because I'm curious as to what happens next. Will she finally get away from Carmen and the hotel? Did she ever finish school? I hope the next book offers a little more hope because it was starting to seem a little depressing; That's why I subtracted a star in the rating. Also there's a possible trigger in the beginning regarding sexual abuse. Overall it was a entertaining story.

What!!!
Envy was going through it until Carmen approached her about a new opportunity and she gave in! The novel has so many twists and turns! Poor Tia, wow who would have thought that would be her fate! Proposals, a vindictive ex and so many secrets! Reading this was like watching a movie! I can't believe Envy and Nolan! It was like she got into this and got turned out. I guess her attitude after finding out about Keymar was to get them before they get you so I am on to book #2, the ending has me curious and I was like what! Great Book club read and excellent job B M Hardin!
