Nevertheless, his best friend convinces him to attend anyway and, surprisingly, the world doesn’t end. Despite drinking a lot and not remembering much afterwards, it’s easy enough to return to his life as a shy, awkward farmhand. There, he can crush on alpha bear shifter, Conrad Miles, to his heart’s desire.

However, in the months following the party, something weird starts going on with his body, which makes it even harder to find the confidence to do the things he wants to with Conrad.

Is it a weird omega thing he didn’t know about? Or is it fate at play after all?

His Bear Bombshell is a Shifters Sanctuary Novella. This is the story of Tim an omega fox shifter and Conrad an alpha bear shifter. This was a sweet quick read set in a series that I love. This was a wonderful story with some lovable characters. I loved watching these two date and become a couple. There is a sweet baby at the end of the story. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series or anything else Anna Sparrows writes. I would definitely recommend this book.

Shifters Sanctuary is one of my all time favourite shifters/OV mpeg series. His Bear Bombshell, book 4.5 in the series, was originally published in the Labor of Love Anthology. In this version, the story has been expanded. Just as in the original, I loved the sweet romance between Tim and Conrad, and the story, while brief, has all the tenderness and emotion characteristic of any Anna Sparrows story.

Really hope there will be more books in this series!

This was a a very short and sweet story. I love this series so much. I do wish this had been a full length novel instead of a novella because this one gave more tell versus show us story. I really liked both of these characters and would have loved to read more of their courtship. The pregnancy was a fun twist and definitely took up a lot of the story.

This novella was originally in the Labor of Love Anthology but then expanded. It's set in the Shifter's Sanctuary where a bear shifter like Conrad becomes an alpha magically when he finds the right omega, Tim. The problem is, neither remembers they did the deed, only in their dreams and all kinds of complications occur. It's a sweet courtship with steam and an unexpected surprise.

This is a low angst and fluffy read and I loved every page! Timmy is the sweetest little fox omega who has a crush on farm hand Conrad, a big bear shifter who only recently discovered his was an alpha shifter.
These two are a pair of cutie patooties and their relationship develops sweetly. Their HEA is so cute and perfect for them!

Aww, this was the cutest story ever! I loved how Tim and Conrad found each other even before they presented. It was like their souls recognized each other and presenting was just the confirmation.

Having a family was completely unexpected but one they absolutely loved. Sometimes the best things in life come when we least expect them but they’re always worth it.

Fluffy novella with low angst set in the Shifters Sanctuary world.
Tim, a virgin fox shifter omega, has been having a crush on Conrad, bear shifter Alpha for a long time. They both work at Tim's father's farm and get along well.
One day, Tim's best friend Martin suggests that both of them attend an Unlock Party: we know them from the previous books of the series, they are parties when magic is supposed to help hidden Alpha to reveal (in fact in this world people thought Alphas didn't exist anymore). For obvious reasons (the Alphas go into a chemical rut), omegas are strictly forbidden to participate, but thanks to scent blocker, Tim and Martin attend anyway.

A few weeks after the party, Tim starts being sick and having vivid sex dreams: when he almost collapses in front of Conrad, the older man helps him and also finds the courage to ask him on a date.
It's very clear from their first interaction that they are very much enthralled with each other and that they also have a great connection.

What prevented me from giving a higher rate:
I would have loved to see more of their first time, not the intimate details, but what pushed them into each other arms, why they still chose each other despite being intoxicated by alcohol and pherormones.
And the surprise pregnancy/delivery was too easily resolved: I mean, Conrad's realisation that he was the baby's father came too soon.

I'm enjoying this series very much and this was a very nice addition. I hope we'll have another story coming soon.

This is a really short, sweet novella with fox shifter Timmy going against his own inclinations, attending an Alpha Unlocking Party as an omega. After a night of too much carousing, he finds himself fighting the flu for weeks. Pushing through it, he enjoys all the time he spends working with Alpha bear shifter Conrad on the family farm. Both are attracted to each other and date for months, getting to know each other better first. Imagine their surprise at an unexpected arrival, one no one knew was coming! Cute, sweet, oblivious characters facing an unexpected but welcome surprise on their way to a loving and happy ever after (so far😄).

I felt a bit of nostalgia with their naivety, the flirting and limited experimentation reminding me of dating in the early 60s, a time so different from today, a time where romance and couples’ relationships often developed like this one did, slowly as you learned about each other and let the love grow over time (but without the surprise Timmy and Conrad got, though that did happen, too)— a gentler, less pressured time for young love to be discovered and explored without the hook-up mentality that seems to exist today. It was a different world for those of us in our late teens and early twenties back then — at least that is how I remember it. It is what I would wish for my grandchildren today. Pick up this book and return to a gentler, sweeter time, so long ago — with the added twist of shifters😉.

Tim and Conrad were such a sweet pairing. I loved seeing shy, insecure Tim slowly gain confidence and realise that Conrad genuinely wanted him, especially as their relationship moved from a crush into something more. Conrad’s gentle, protective side was adorable too.

This was a quick and cosy addition to the Shifters Sanctuary series, with plenty of sweetness and some lovely character moments. The baby at the end was an especially cute touch. I always enjoy returning to this world, and this novella was another fun little romance.

This is a short sweet addition to the shifter sanctuary series. I loved it, it's low angst, easy and quick to read. Tim and Conrad are lovable, they are very cute together, and I loved Conrad "teddy bearness".

This book 4.5 in the series, can be read as a standalone. It's an extended version of one that was originally published in the Labor of Love Anthology.

This was short and sweet novella that leaves you wanting more of Conrad and Tim! I really enjoyed that we were able to see more into the unlocking parties and what could happen. I loved how support Conrad was with Tim and when everything was revealed, nothing changed between them. This was a great book and I am looking forward to more from with world soon.

I read this as part of the anthology. I couldn't resist reading it again though. It is such a sweet story. I love how Conrad and Tim take their time getting to know each other. Though they get an unexpected surprise that brings them even closer together. If you need a quick story to make you smile, this is it.

A quick read novella that adds well to this series. The characters are adorable and the ending is sweet. With addition of a little one, this is a more tell than show story but still an enjoyable read.
