Rate this book
Maya is successful and curvy, and she’s tired of looking for a boyfriend. She doesn’t want anyone to break her heart, so she always breaks up before the first week is over. When her friends convince her that she needs a shifter, she reluctantly agrees to meet their brother-in-law.

Adrian’s two brothers have married humans through a marriage agency, and now they want him to find a mate. He doesn’t need anyone and nobody would be able to stand him. He wants his brothers to shut up, so he agrees to meet his sisters-in-law’s friend.

When Maya and Adrian meet, they don’t expect to like each other. Marriage is certainly out of the question… or is it?

Wonderful story

Wonderful wonderful story. It keeps you focused on each characters to see whAt they will do next. These two had such notions of what werebears and humans were like. But when they come together in a close space the tables turn. It's hot but not to racy for some. I would recommend this book to everyone who enjoys shifters stories. I can't wAit to read the next in the series.

Meh

The story of a werebear set up with the best friend of his two sisters-in-law. Story was flat, devoid of chemistry, and the author frequently reverted to the old cheat of explaining what happened "...they talked and told each other about themselves..." instead of giving us dialogue that made us care about the protagonists. Could have been fun, but felt rushed and lackluster.

The Bear Needs a Mate

For all they protested they sure gave into each other real quick. It was like watching a fairytale unfold. I loved it.
