Rich, beautiful, and wild, Reagan McKinley has everything she needs...but nothing that she wants. That is, until she spends one hot night in the arms of sexy, unbridled Dare Wilde.

She's a girl trapped in a rigid world she desperately wants to escape, and he's an untamed artist with an attitude, hell-bent on freeing her—body, mind, and soul. But Reagan's life is not her own, and Dare is not welcome in it. She can't include him in her carefully-controlled, extremely public lifestyle...and yet she cannot give him up.

Will a shared passion for art—and, increasingly, each other—be enough to keep them together? Or will it be the thing that ultimately tears them apart?

“All the most beautiful pieces of art have flaws. Sometimes that’s exactly what makes them priceless.”

Reagan McKinley is young, wild and trapped…She lives in a world where the only control she has is what drug to take, what drink to chase it down with and what guy can give her a few seconds of release. She is a McKinley and with is comes the ridiculous expectations of her father and mother. How fucked up is it that even though she does what she is told, it isn't good enough according to her perfect family. It's all about appearances and perceptions, they are incapable of anything less than perfection and they have the funds to get any pill or drink they want just to put on a show.
Pop an upper. Shoot some tequila. Fuck a stranger. Bury shame. Get a 4.0 GPA. Play perfect daughter. Rinse and repeat.

The night she meets Dare, he is becomes her "right now" and will do anything to get him for the night. But he isn't so easy to fall for her easy smile and welcoming invitation. Sensing their differences from across the room, Dare tries his best to brush her off but she isn't so easily distracted. That one night sets off an insatiable need they have for one another that is hard to deny.
“Two parts,” he said softly. “One whole.”

Dare tries his best to scare her off, he has a past that constantly hunts him and his family down and he doesn't want Reagan to get caught up in it. Regan wants him, as crazy as it is, she does he makes everything better. The way he makes her feel is better than any drug or drink, but she isn't quite ready to share her past with him and there is no way that she can ever bring him home to meet her family. In her world, there is no place for a struggling artist with a records, knowing what her father is capable of she isn't willing to risk making Dare's life even harder.
“Let me be the one who makes it all okay. Let me be enough,” he said. “I’ll chase all of your demons away. I promise.”

Untamed was a beautifully sexy beginning of a tale of two broken souls who found their missing piece within each other. Two people from two different worlds who have the odds stacked against them. With this I jumped right in not knowing what to expect, and I was more than pleasantly surprised, told from Reagan's POV, we experience the beginning of them becoming "two parts, one whole." The butterflies in your tummy, the angsty drama of her family and the mystery of her secret made the first of this serial novella an amazing read for me.

Dare is a sexy talented artist who is all male; a simple but proud man who is a born protector. Ree is a complex broken girl who just wants to be free; to be the person she wants to be, to live her life with the man she chooses surrounding herself with a family that accepts her completely without judgment and the art that she loves. You know you read a good book when it pulls at every emotion you have; whether it’s a goofy smile on your face, the need to hit something or someone or a broken heart, you can't just help but feel right along with them.

This is the first of the five books in the series and the first thing I did when I finished this is looked to see what was next and if it was available, and thank god, books two and three are out and the rest on it's way. After the last book is released, the authors are combining the five books into one mega novel for those of us who like it all wrapped up nice and tight in one book. I don't generally do serials but this is one of the few that once you start you can't just stop, with that said I'm off to book two and three now.

WOW...this novella was way more awesome than I had anticipated. It had me pretty much from the start until the very end. And after that cliffhanger, I can't wait to continue this series.

Reagan McKinley comes from a wealthy family full of false smiles and where behaving with utmost propriety is of importance. But that isn't who she is. Her only escape, the only way to numb herself is to use drugs, drink, and have sex. This is the part of her she can control and her parents know nothing about. All of that changes when she meets Dare Wilde. The moment their eyes meet there is this sexual tension between them, but it is quickly gone when Dare masks his emotions and shows disinterest towards her. Reagan loves a challenge, she wants him, so she will do whatever she can to have him in her bed...for just one night.

I really enjoyed this novella. I was intrigued by Reagan and how she behaved. It was awesome to read a book about a bad girl trying to get the guy. Their first encounter is intense and scorching hot!! This is what Reagan does, one night stands. But this guy changes things for her. Then there is another night, and another, and so forth. I totally didn't blame her for changing her ways.

Dare was an enigma and I wanted to know everything about him. He was an artist who loved painting and sketching. He was sexy, and alpha and amazing. Reagan is an art aficionado, so after finding something in common that they shared, the more they enjoyed hanging out with each other than just having sex. I loved seeing Reagan slowly fall in love with him. They both changed each other by supporting one another to be better.

Sure, there were a few times that the book was a bit slow for me, but those were very few. I was able to really connect to these characters and feel for the lives they grew up in. They both had their own family problems but together they could forget and build new lives for themselves. I thought the pace was great in which their relationship developed. You would think that because this is a short read that there wouldn't be enough time, but the authors did a great job with that.

I was gutted by the turn of events near the end. I absolutely loathe Reagan's family that I really can't express just how much so. It ended with a cliffhanger, so of course I just HAVE to read the next one. This has become a favourite of mine and if this book is any indication, the next installment will be awesome. I highly recommend this novella. It will be a part of a six novella series that I can't wait to continue reading.

5 Wilde Stars

Untamed poignantly portrays a contemporary, Romeo-and-Juliet-esque love story between the affluently oppressed Reagan McKinley and the lover boy hailing from the wrong side of tracks Dare Wilde. A society princess meets the burgeoning artist determined to make it on his own volition – two people destined to meet only to be ripped apart. Reagan seemingly possesses everything she could ever need. The outside world sees a strong family unit, a stellar Columbia education, and a beautiful young woman who has it all.

Yet, the reader witnesses this girl falling apart under the strict regime of a politically & wealthy manipulative father and a martini and valium soaked trophy wife of mother. Reagan’s on a path of self-destruction in a rebellion craving control and freedom in her own life. In a classic case of girl locks eyes with mysteriously handsome boy, Reagan falls under the spell of the enigmatic Dare Wilde, although as it turns out, Dare’s not so enigmatic after all. Dare’s open, honest, and vulnerable from the very beginning causing Reagan to follow the same path of truth wrapping themselves in a cocoon of safety and wholeness. Dare represents light and art – two things Reagan loves most. Their fondness grows to love and need quickly but appropriately. The intense, raw passion shared between Dare and Reagan forces you to believe in them and want them together much like the famous star-crossed lovers.

Untamed, told solely through Reagan’s POV, captures your attention from the very first page. The poignant writing concisely draws into Reagan’s sad world. The main characters, Reagan and Dare, charm throughout the book not only each other but the reader as well. The villains of the story aren’t present all that much but they pack a mean punch. The story is told in a novella, as the first part of a serial of novellas, and it was a perfect style choice. With its engaging, fast moving plot we learn just enough about these two through smart dialogue to leave us wanting more of them. Their witty banter adds to their charm. The imminent descent of their relationship looms over the pages like a storm cloud. Just as any good tragedy in love, Untamed heartbreakingly tortures in the end. But I can officially say I’m hooked on Dare and Reagan. I want more of these characters and more of this writing. I need to know what happens next.

Yesterday was a shitty day. Sometimes on shitty days I drop what I’m really reading and opt for something mindless. Something a little . . .

The storyline was oh so familiar – Reagan is a poor little rich girl with a traumatic past that has turned her into a pill-popping, booze guzzling supertramp as an escape . . .

Dare (seriously – gotta love porno names) is a reformed bad boy with a secret – he’s a talented artist . . .

Reagan and Dare meet one evening at a local watering hole. They spot each other from across the room and Reagan marks him as her target for the night . . .

After about 12 seconds of playing hard-to-get, Dare too is ready to get it on like bing bong. A night of passion ensues, but something is different this time around. Instead of being just a one-night-stand per usual, Reagan finds herself drawn to Dare. What follows is the telling of their sordid histories (kind of) and mean daddies, make ups and break ups, and blah, blah, blah, blah that is supposed to be the plot in between porking sessions.

This one would have been “okay” for me if not for two things. First, the incessant State of the Union Address that is given about Reagan’s lady garden.

Barf. I’ll admit I’m pretty much a prude, but every now and again I can let my freak flag fly. However . . . I’m not a fan of hearing about flooding of the underdrawers and apparently Reagan required a mop for the clean up on aisle 12 she left behind every time Dare gave her his hot beef injection. All that talk was about as sexy as this:

Second? This is a fucking CLIFFHANGER. (I know it’s #1 in the series, but generally in books like these that means you’re introduced to minor characters in Book #1 that will be featured in Book #2.) The 152 pages (and the fact that this one was free) was the reason I downloaded the G.D. thing in the first place. It would have been just the right length to appease my inner-freak-in-the-sheets and let me get back to my never ending to-read pile. Now I’m expected to read more of this shit? Idon’tthinkso. Book, you lose a star for being an asshole.

{3.8 stars} I'm on mobile, sorry.

Guys, we all gotta pick our fights.

When a book is this short, we know it's gonna be fast-paced. The author has to make us care about her characters, the plot and also want to read the next book. And this is what happened here.

I picked up this book randomly, not knowing what to expect and, well, a lot of things were thrown at my face in the firsts paragraphs of chapter one so you know what you're getting yourself into.

Poor little rich girl with a past and no control over anything except her body, lost in a sea of alcohol, drugs, anonymous sex and an awful family. We all know how this will go as soon as she meets this mysterious guy who is not "at her level" and who's everything you can possibly wish for.

Dare works painting houses, being an artist himself, to provide for her junkie mom and underage siblings with the pulsing threat of his father (who is a criminal and a major asshole).

So, the story of Reagan and Dare could be so cliché and boring and corny and it is at times but I honestly found myself caring about the characters. I found myself not sleeping and needing to read the next book ASAP.

It is super fast-paced and some of the dialogue needs to be improven but over all it was a good book (though way too short) and I wasn't expecting that when everything about it screams "corny typical na" but it worked so well here and I gotta give it to the author, she pulled off an interesting story out of the same na tropes we read everyday. Damn.

I cared about Dare's family, I cared about him but boy, did I care about Reagan. And dear lady, her family is atrocious. I suspect the big secret is that she was raped when she was 15 but... who did it? Was it that guy whatshisname son of the governor or something like that and her parents did not support her and covered everything up for the media or was it her father? She said that her father killed her 4 years ago and I don't know what to make out of it.

Regardless, I think it was a short interesting story and I will definitely pick up the rest of the series as soon as I can.

Untamed is one of the best novellas I have ever read. I seriously could not put this story down. It literally starts off with a sexy bang and the drama and hotness continues all the way through. You get all the best of everything...romance, tension, family drama, art, friendship, and complete hotness in Untamed. Couldn't have loved it more. Definitely an untamed emotion of all the feels!

At first I was a little worried with Reagan, thinking why is this gorgeous model-esque girl getting into all the wrong things? As the story plays though, I began to realize and understand why Reagan is the way she is. Yet at the same time, being the black sheep isn't the easiest thing to do and when you're put being a rock and hard place like Reagan is...it's definitely not rainbows and butterflies. This may sound horrible, but I kind of loved watching her fall apart, it made her so much more real in my eyes. Yet, at the same time I loved watching Dare open her eyes. Cannot wait to get more of her!

On Dare's side, it was nice for a change to see the main fella have problems, too. Instead of him swooping in and being the knight in shining armor (which he actually is), Dare has just as many problems. Dare is the sexy but soft type right away. He instantly grabs your attention and then keeps you forever with how many layers you find underneath all of that hotness. Plus, I adore the fact that he is an artist! So flipping perfect! He is the perfect older brother, son, boyfriendish.... La la la stopping now! Just love Dare and want much more!

Overall, this novella just blew me out of the water. Not only is the book sexy perfection and filled with drama, but the concept of the series overall is just so intriguing and awesome. I have to say though, the ending is a heartbreaker and I wanted to kick Reagan in the shins. That being said... I still have six more novellas so I'm hoping for a happily ever after! Cannot wait to dive into the rest of this mind-blowing novella world!

Ps. Archer is mine. Just incase you were all wondering... :) --- Dash will be, too.

This book is definitely one hell of an amazing way to kick off a seven part series. Even though it’s considered a novella as far as the length of the book, you’re still getting a huge amount of content for it only being the first book out of seven. Granted there will be focus on other characters in the other books, I am sure each set of characters will have their stories completely wrapped up by the end, which I feel will be a lot of fun to follow throughout the series. Both authors did an amazing job with the book, I was surprised how much they were able to pack into this first book while still making sure you will want to come back for more.

Regan and Dare are quite the pair; however, I really don’t feel as though it is fair to say they are a “perfect” couple. With that said, I do think they are great together. They each have their flaws and they both have a lot of things that they are trying to figure out, and many of those things are left out in the open after you finish this book, which is what really helps in making you want to come back for more of the series. It’s really going to be interesting to see how these two grow throughout the series, and how the interactions take place between them and the main characters of the next books in the series.

One of the main issues I had with Regan and Dare was simply that they didn’t feel like they were connecting at a level that I was hoping they would. This stance I had changed several times throughout the book for many different reasons. I wouldn’t be surprised if it continues to change as things progress through the rest of the books either. Overall, I feel like their relationship has it’s key points that really stand out and I feel like that is what the authors really intended for the focus to be on and they did a great job executing that. It’s good to have a couple that has their issues and that don’t seem like that “perfect” couple right out of the gate. I think a lot of people are really going to like both Regan and Dare for who they are as individuals and how they both interact with each other.

I loved a lot of the elements in this book. It definitely brings a lot to the table, not only with the relationship between Regan and Dare but also things like the relationship between Regan and her parents. I could go on for days about Regan’s parents. I didn’t like them at all, for many different reasons. I am sure you will see why I say this as you read the book. I feel like a lot of the issues Regan has, and why she was in some of the situations she got her self into (especially at the start of the book) was influenced by her parents and just the type of environment that comes with her family in general. It’s sad, of course, but I feel like it was crucial to the story and really helps the reader be able to connect with Regan on a much different level because you want to see her be able to overcome everything she is facing.

And you can’t forget the art. I really liked how art was included in this book. It was just a nice little touch that really added a lot of depth to Dare’s character, and eventually Dare’s and Regan’s relationship. I don’t want to go into too much detail about the art, as there are a few moments in the book dealing with it all that I am sure most readers will really enjoy. It’s just great how it was all tied in to help make the book that much more enjoyable.

Overall this book is amazing. As I said at the start, this book is the first of seven books. It shouldn’t be a terribly long time between each book, but if you want to wait to read them all together I know that the authors plan to compile them all into one collection once all of the individual books are released so that might be a good option for you. If you’re like me and want to get started on the series right away, then I highly recommend just picking you up a copy and diving right in. This series seems like it’s going to be extremely memorable based on this first book, so I really don’t think you would need to worry about forgetting everything. I am sure if you start now, and then read each book as they come out you will be perfectly fine remembering even the smallest details.

Untamed is a sexy, smart read that will make you laugh, blush, and desperately want more.

Hands down, Untamed is the best novella I have ever read. The pacing was excellent, the dialogue was smart and witty, and Dare Wilde melted my panties off within five seconds of meeting him.

The characters are multi-dimensional and yes, though it is a romance, it’s so much more than that. It’s not like the normal romance novels I’ve read where I want to gouge my eyes out halfway through. There is no stupid dialogue. It is not unrealistic. It is quality all the way around.

I love that the main character is rich, but not satisfied. I loved that Dare was in control but not creepy controlling (like SO many other romance novels out there). I loved their dynamic, especially contrasted with their families. In fact, the Wilde household reminded me a little of my family, with the teasing and bickering. It’s exceptionally well-written. I can’t express that enough.

I love that Jinsey and Victoria put a lot of thought into the themes of this novella, as I loved the arty themes floating through this book and the foreshadowing pieces they expertly placed throughout the pages. I love that these characters don’t settle. I love that they are flawed.

The authors, Jinsey Reese and Victoria Green have stated that this episodic series should be like an episode of a television show, giving you a snippet into the world of the Wildes, while leading you towards a bigger story line. Though it was book one, I felt like someone who’d just watching a HUGE season finale of her favorite show. I groveled and complained for days to anyone that would listen about how I needed more. NOW. (In fact, I still need more so ladies, can you please indulge me?  )

As for the romance scenes, they are HOT! I recommend reading this with a strawberry milkshake, so you know, you can cool down afterwards. I love how they mixed some of their racy scenes, with some fades to black, etc. It kept it interesting and fresh.

The bad: I do have one complaint and it is this: I WANT ALL THE NOVELLAS NOW. The fact that I can’t have them all right this second is killing me. I loved this novella. I must know what happens. If they published the next five for $500 bucks a pop, I would pay that. Actually, I’d pay more. No joke.

Hats off to Jinsey and Victoria for blowing their first novella in the Wilde Brothers series completely out of the water. Congratulations to them for raising the bar in romance, dialogue, setting, plot, and writing in general. And HUGE thank you for writing such an edgy, entertaining, sexy, and well-rounded series. You did it ladies. I’m hooked!

Don’t mind me. I’ll be over here, pacing around for book two.

Aye, yon YA is McAngsty.

Too many YA/CA tropes for this ole girl.

Alternating POV (a personal pet peeve)
Monologuing
Not a standalone
Angsty wazoo
Bad parents
Snotty siblings
Insta-lust
Sex is the cure
Sex, drugs but no rock n' roll

The h is the daughter of a career politician with the overdrawn smarmy family from hell all the way from mom and pop to siblings. I know families like this exist, but surely there is one decent kid in the bunch? No? The h deadens the pain with prescription pills provided by mummy dearest as well as anonymous sex. This I found a little hard to believe as surely someone along the way would kiss and tell about Mr. P's daughter doing the wild thing so often, but ah, fiction, you create your own rules.

Tiny abused h meets poor but hard-working H and the awesome sex has her see the light. She needs to straighten up, discard the yoke of evil parental expectations, and embrace her inner art diva. The H is a painter she wants to promote.

Sadly, mom and pop prevail in this one.

I'd like to thank Sarah for recommending this book to me.

4.5STARS

I'll have to say that I could not stop reading. I literally had to wonder about Reagan and why she was going through all the mental issues she has. Sex, drugs was her way to being normal. Then she meets Dare.

I love how they connected, and it didn't feel rushed in a way. Reagan making the moves and Dare turning her down. Nice change for once.

I'm glad that this novella is worth it. You kind of will be surprised and curious but filled with WTF's and angst. Trust me, they're both young, different backgrounds, family issues, falls in love and yet they both suffer in different ways. I'm definitely going to read this till the end.

Did it have to end so soon????
I know it was a novella but it was just so amazing, I hate that it ended already! I already added book 2 to my TBR list.

This is such a wonderful, emotional, romantic with a bit of suspense kind of story, it was way more than I expected!
I think it was greatly written with a awesome storyline! This is the 1st story from this author I have read and I'm already itching for more!

I think it definitely deserves all 5 stars!

This 5-part serial by Victoria Green and Jinsey Reese brings us the story of a mis-matched pair who were both broken by life. Sometimes, living the life of privileged daughter in a richer-than-God family just isn’t what it’s cracked up to be, and never was that more evident than in Reagan McKinley’s case. Sure, her parents are crazy wealthy and powerful, she’s had the best education and any material wishes she ever wanted. But her life has lacked pretty much ANYTHING other than these superficial things, including love, support, kindness, and any understanding of her own wishes. She hides behind a wall of perfection, using drugs and alcohol to push through, and it seemed like nothing was every going to change it. Until the day she laid eyes on the sinfully gorgeous Dare Wilde, and his look of disgust just about did her in.

I loved that Dare took one look at Reagan and said “No thanks.” She’s not the kind of person I would relate to or even like in real life when we first meet her, and she needed a wake up call. Dare challenged her to be something more than the carbon copy of her mother, drugging herself to cope with a miserable life. Her parents were absolute @ssholes, and she literally just let them move her around like a chess piece even though at 18 she was the one in control. Dare showed her a life she COULD have, through the beauty of his art and the normalcy and love that came with spending time with him.

Reagan had a lot working against her; her entire family treated her like a leper whenever she had a difference of opinion, her parents had hurt her inconceivably when she needed them most, and any wrong move meant a verbal lashing to put her in her place. While I understood that the trauma of her life was what made her who she was, I still wanted to knock her sideways every time she’d fall back in line like a robot whenever her parents snapped their fingers. It frustrated me to no end that she wouldn’t just stick up for herself, so it was really challenging to like being in her head. But I loved how Dare made her WANT a different life (among other incredible things he could do…), and I’m hoping that as the series goes on she finally finds her backbone and tells her parents to shove it...in a very colorful, crass, "F*CK YOU!" way!

I seriously need more than five stars to rate this book as I absolutely LOVED it! When I was asked to review Untamed I was told it was part 1 of a 6 episode series. That each book should be read as an episode to a TV series and that was the perfect way to read it. As the book played out in my mind I could totally see myself cuddled up on the couch on a Saturday night catching one of my favorite shows.

There are very few books that I can say were perfect. By perfect I mean there was no story flaw, falling out of character, lack of passion or flow, etc. I have to say this book is pretty damn near perfect!! From the storyline, to the characters, the angst, sexual tension, drama and it's ability to draw you in emotionally makes it a MUST READ on my list.

We have Reagan McKinley, a girl from a wealthy socialite family who expects her to do everything they say for the family's sake. Unfortunately, all they want from her tears her away from her passion in life. One of those passions is Daren Wilde; Dare. Dare is AMAZING! Amazingly beautiful inside and out, but he harbors a dark past. He had a horrible father, drug addicted mother and siblings he needed to look out for. Both Reagan and Dare seemed perfect in looks and beauty, but inside they were perfectly flawed and just as broken as the other.

Emotions are INTENSE in this book. you can't help but feel Reagan's despair and her struggle from falling off the edge of sanity. As I was reading about her family and the things they would say to her, do to her and make her feel, ripped my heart out. How can a family see so little in their own daughter. I felt sick to my stomach thinking about the pain that she must have felt day in and out. I was happy that she had found someone like Dare to help relieve that pain. But how can you accept something so wonderful when you were taught your whole life that you weren't deserving of it!

UGH I can't wait to read book two and the rest of the series! I have a feeling this is going to get worse before things get better *wink*

5 *WINK* READ

Untamed was a brilliant start to what promises to be an unforgettable series! It managed to pack a punch from the get go. Starting with a nightclub, shots and drugs to chase away unhappiness, it was an eye opener for me.

Reagan McKinley is a disappointment to her family. She's the daughter of a wealthy mayoral candidate, who expects nothing but perfection from his children. She's a college student who'd rather be majoring in Art than in Legal studies that has been dictated to her by her father. In her spare time she works for an art gallery doing what she loves most. When she's not being the perfect college girl, she's wild and rebellious with popping prescription drugs and having a string of one night stands.
Then she meets Dare. He's captivating, mysterious, sexy and screams "Danger! Bad boy alert!". He changes her life forever. She knows her father would never approve, she knows she shouldn't want him, but she's hooked.
Reagan has some difficult choices to make. Does she take a chance at happiness and being free of the constant expectations that she can't live up to, or keep living her life like a robot, programmed by her horrible family?

I have to admit, I didn't want to finish Untamed. I went into it knowing that it was #1 of a possible 7 novellas, but I knew Untamed was going to break my heart. I just didn't want the awesome relationship between Dare and Reagan to get meddled with, like I knew it would. I got to 70% and thought " nah, can't do it", but I dried my tears, sucked it up and kept reading, because I was loving it! Damn you ladies for getting me hooked on your series! *shakes fist in indignation* And, I have to add another "sigh-worthy" fictional boyfriend to my ever growing list!

Untamed delivers a romantic but heart breaking story that reminds us that money doesn't bring happiness unless you are a greedy, soulless, selfish and shallow fool. With its mouth watering, sensual and sometimes wild love scenes and its cast of heroes and villains, it is fabulous quick read that will have you devouring it for more.

When I first started this book, I didn’t like Reagan; in fact, I didn’t like her at all! There was something about her that made me want to roll my eyes at her poor, pitiful, rich-girl problems (I know, that sounds mean.) Her family is beyond rich, completely fake, runs Reagan’s life, and has no amount of love whatsoever for anyone besides money and power. This makes Reagan crave numbness and the only way she knows how to feel numb is to drink, do drugs, and have sex and when she locks eyes with Dare one night at a club, Reagan knows he can take that numbness away.

However, Dare is different. He has an entirely new outlook on life since his past has been so screwed up. Reagan and Dare’s multiple encounters start showing Reagan that there is more to life than the feelings that drugs, sex, and booze can give. Dare’s presence makes her start feeling more real and that is when Reagan’s character really starts to show. Reagan also realizes what it is like to live in the life of Dare; what his past was and what his future is haunted with. She sees that he struggles just like she does, but in a completely different way. Dare gives Reagan stability, love, calmness, and his protection while Reagan introduces Dare’s art to the public.

Green and Reese took a character that I was starting to despise and turned her into a solid, growing character that I started to root for.

And then it happens…Green and Reese went and broke my heart. Now I have to read the rest of the series in hopes that they can help mend it back together.~BookWhisperer Reviewer MC

**We were provided a copy by the author in exchange for an honest opinion**

This is part 1 of a 7 part series.

Reagan has been told how to act and what to do her entire life. She hates it. She just wants to be free. She meets Dare and her world starts to change.

Dare is carefree. He has been dealt a crappy hand. He helps take care of his siblings and mother.

Let me just say, that this book, completely blew me away. It may be a short read, but I certainly didn't want it to end!! The authors capture everything you are looking for!!! The way the characters are written is just beyond words to me. I literally felt as if I was in the book!!!! I really felt for Reagan! Her parents are such snobs and hypocrites! I wanted to smack them!!!

If the rest of the series is anything like this one, I CANNOT wait to read the others!!! Trust me, yall do not want to miss out on this!! The authors definitely know what they are doing!! Seriously, this was amazing Tors and Jins!!!

5 out of 5 stars!!

As you start reading Untamed you will find yourself wanting more.

This is a story where you will love some and really hate others. But at the end you will find yourself wanting to be with Dare!!!!

Meet Reagan McKinley, a 19 yr old rich girl with a very influencial family. The only thing she wants to do is to live her dreams without her family telling her how to live her life. To her family she is the black sheep, just because she wants to be normal.

Dare Wilde, a young man with a bad boy image. Coming from a horrible childhood and now having to take care of his mom and younger siblings, no one would imagine that, just by glancing over him, he has a heart of gold.

When Reagan meets Dare the last thing she expected was to break her own rules. As for Dare the last thing he imagined was to end up spending the night with someone like Reagan.

Can Reagan break from her family and finally live up her dreams that now include Dare. Or will her dreams became shattered thanks to her family?

"They're like two parts that come together to make a whole story. Two parts one whole. Two very different pasts one presents .Like us"

Untamed was; WOW....great and passionate read and I loved!!!!Yes, I love it so much that it took me one mooring and few hours to finished. The only problem I had with this book was age of Reagan and Dare( somehow I couldn't imagine them so passionate and with so many problems with that age so in my mind they were older, although I can see that in next book they will be older so I get it) and my other problem was that book was too short and now I have to be patient and wait for sequel.Good read and I'm highly recommended this book for all who would love to read hot and steamy romance.

"And my heart filled with Dare.Coloring my entire world"

I really enjoyed this novella! The chemistry between Ree and Dare was off the charts, and I really loved both of them as characters. Dare had a tough upbringing, a broken family, and the biggest heart -- he'd do anything for the people he loved, including Ree. But Ree came from an even more broken family -- rich and powerful and completely dysfunctional -- and she succumbs to their power over her until she meets Dare. But will he be enough for her?

There were some really great lines in here too that made me laugh, and moments that made me feel heartbroken. I won't post any spoilers, but I'll say this… this story keeps you entranced and rooting for the characters until the end. I'm so glad that the next one will be out soon!

Where should I begin describing this Fanfreakingtastic book! Two broken people who found one another to make themselves whole only to be forced apart.
This could be considered a tragic mess and I heart it so HARD! Reagan a rich college student forced to live the life her parents have planned for her. Dare a broke artist, son of a junkie & druggie/murder. Dare doesn't fit into Reagan's parent's plan. Reagan has lived her life popping pills and drunk to cope with her life until she meets Dare the gorgeous man that soothes her better than any pill and has the same passion for art as she does.
Will these two halves become a whole or will her parent's plan ruin what they have for happiness?

ENGLISH REVIEW:

Reagan McKinley should be happy, after all, she leads a life others can only dream of. She lives in a large loft, is beautiful and has a lot of money. So why she feels so restricted? Why does she want to leave everything behind and go far away, to a place where no one can follow her?

Dare Wilde on the other hand lives from one day to the other and is trying his best to take care of his two younger siblings Dalia & Dax and his drug addicted mother.

Both, as different as day and night, meet by chance in a club and feel physically attracted to each other from the beginning. And although Dare warns Reagan of him, and although she is just looking for a guy for one night, the sparks between them catch fire.

I started reading this book with not too high expectations and WOW I was surprised. This book is definitely not the way you'd expect it to be from the brief description. It's not cheesy romantic and love at first sight, no, it's passionate and destructive.

Reagan is a diffrent character, than you would expect. Although she has everything to be happy, she is not. She barely has freedoms and she will be constantly controlled by her parents, who tell her all the time how she has to live her life. The only thing she loves and wants to do for living is art. But unfortunately, she can not live out her dreams. She drowns her anger and her misery in tranquilizers and drugs.

I enjoyed Reagans character a lot, though I could not understand some of her behaviors. Why does she not defend herself against her strict parents? Why does she never tell NO? Nevertheless, at some point, I just felt sorry for her, because nobody should live a life without freedom!

Reagan's feelings are well described in this book, although some details are missing. However, since this series is beyond 6 books, I suppose you will learn more about her past in the next few books.

In contrast to Reagan, Dare was a true mystery. From his character and his past, you hardly noticed anything, just that he had a very difficult childhood and is now hiding from his violentl father. I think Dares secrets ensured his appeal. I liked him a lot! Even if i had loved a lot more details about his life!

But what I liked most about this book, was the interaction of the characters. Reagan and Dare are already interesting on there own, but together they were just awesome! You could feel the tension and while reading you were excited to find out what direction their relationship would take. I was a little bit shocked about the ending, but that's why I'm all the more excited for the future volumes of this promising series!

All in all:
The author duo Victoria Green & Jinsey Reese really hit the right spots with the start of this promising series. The plot and the characters are more many-sided than you expect at the beginning, and after a few pages you will be completely drawn into the story! An absolute recommendation for everyone who loves new adult books.
