About the author

J. A. L. Solski has found sanctuary in books since childhood. Solski writes primarily in fantasy but has dabbled in other genres, including sci-fi, poetry, memoir, and contemporary.

The author and their family reside in Ontario, Canada. Still frequently loaning from the library, seeking out adventure, reading gluttonously, and quite often discovering, as they have at this moment, that their tea has gone cold again.

This is my first charity Anthology as a publisher! Through this book I hope to raise money for a local shelter that helped me nearly 20 years ago. 100% of the proceeds of this limited time publication will go to the Women's Interval Home in Sarnia, ON.

I'm proud of myself and the contributors of this body of work. The cover, by the talented L.P.M. Sinclair, is bold and stunning and suits the many themes within, and the illustrations inside the book, done by the skilled F.S. Autumn, compliment the cover perfectly!

My friends and I wrote these stories, and we hope they reach the readers who need or want to read them.
