Lugesime raamatut koos kahe 6-aastasega.

Delightful. This is a children's book on the surface, but appropriate for 'adults' who have a sense of fun and are willing to follow Minhas on her crazy journey. Some great characters in this book (including, but not limited to, a bear, a velociraptor and a sparrow). The plot is simple (two children get left behind on a camping trip and have to get back to their parents, via Baluchistan and a Pakistani military border post/facility on Afghan soil) but the adventures are many. Strongly recommended by anyone who is bored by the usual books given and read to pre-teen children. I will be buying copies for my nephew and nieces.

Never have i ever, in my entire life, laughed this much while reading a book. The way that the main characters of this story, 2 brothers, roast each other is hilarious. Other books of Shandana Minhas were not liked very much it seems but this book is a must read.
Highly recommended

Lugeda antud teos.

It is a fun book. The book is for both children and adults as well. Starting as an adventure novel of two young boys, it talks wonderfully about endangered animals, their pain, lifestyle, and the stupidities of humans. It got repetitive at points but the crisp and witty dialogues keep us hooked. I also liked how the author didn't shy away from showing the dark realities, death, and survival of evil. Also happy to read happy stories from Pakistan, which was the first time for me.
