Chasing Kings is a dark, multi-POV, new adult thriller about the world of sex trafficking and who it’s led by.
Oakley is safe now. At least, that's what the federal agents want her to believe. I had the pleasure of receiving this as an e-ARC and voluntarily will be giving my honest review. This is definitely a 5+ ⭐️’s read for the year!! TM what did you do to me!! Totally wrecked me!! I need to know what happens!! I absolutely devoured this story!! I started it late on the 25th and had it 90%read yesterday!! I wanted to jump in the book and shake Phallon/Oakley, what the HELL!! This was mind blowing and full of twists and turns!! It will have you by the seat of your pants not wanting to put it down!! Chefs kiss TM Lore!! Now can we have the next book now!! It’s not right to leave us hanging 🤣!!

This story is very well written. The author has a way of catching the readers interest. Once you start reading it’s hard to put down. The story grabs you in with all the characters and story line. I very much enjoyed the plot and all the characters. Highly recommend the read. I will read anything this author writes.

The Secrets That They Keep and The Lies That They tell duet is my Roman Empire duet. I live with those books in my heart everyday. Chasing Kings is a spin off of that series and just as good. This will also become part of my Roman Empire also.
So many twists and turns and unexpected plot twists that I was not expecting. Under new alias’s Alyx Beck and her brother as well as their team, are determined to take down the “kings” that have continued the sex trafficking mission. We get to meet new characters as well as get to know more about characters we already know.
This one was just as heart breaking as the first duet, I cried so many times, and my heart was in my throat through so much of this book. It will always live in my heart and if T.M Lore writes it, i am absolutely gonna read it. She is one of my very favorite authors and I am obsessed with her writing. She knows how to tug at those heart strings and write stories that live with you long after the book has ended.

Thrilling, an absolute mind f*CK of epic proportions. The things in this book are real and slightly scary to think about but I am so glad that T.M. Lore is putting it out there! These are things the world needs to know about!

Check your triggers!!! This book was wonderfully written by the talented TM Lore. She shoves us into the world of underground trafficking and abuse of women young and old. This is a gritty and dark read that will keep you asking what is going to happen next.

Chasing Kings is a psychological thriller that takes you along Oakleys journey. Oakley may be young, but she is going to do what it takes to get what she wants and justice. While having you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen next. I know she and the others all have a purpose in wanting to see it all come to an end. But I also personally think this is the start of Oakley's healing.
Chasing Kings is a riveting, heart-stopping, psychological thriller that is going to have you asking so many questions. "What about him?"How the hell did he do that?"Are they really going to get their queen back like that?"I'm not worried, though. I'm sure TM Lore will give me the answers in book 2.
While you can read this as a stand-alone duology. I would highly recommend you read The Alyx Beck duology first. So you aren't wondering about the other characters and their roles. And definitely check your trigger warnings.

WOW. As I loved the Alyx Beck duology, when T.M. shared that this series was a spinoff, I absolutely had to read it.
This world, as demented, deranged and absolutely horrific as it is... I couldn't stop reading.
The intensity of this story is written to pull you in from the start (and if your already read the duet you'll be prepared to be SAT for the entirety of the book).
Read this while live, and had some besties ask me 'are you okay'? And comment 'oh she's gonna need therapy after this book'! Tells you how invested I was with my facial expressions and audible gasps.
The pacing knocks your socks off.
The emotional gravity of the story continues in this story, unrelenting in its brutality and depth of horror.
Definitely check your triggers before diving in. It's grueling, addictive, and will leave you gasping for air.

I received this book as an ARC. What did I just read???? Wow!!!! 😮 This is the third book in this series and my mind is totally messed up! T. M. Lore took me on a wild chase with this one for sure. When I got to the end I was utterly shocked and my mouth was on the floor!! You’ll definitely need to read the first two in the series before this one to understand what is happening in this one. Definitely order this book and read it.

This book is incredible I loved every single word in it. The suspense is almost as hot as the spice. I thought she killed the first two but this one is in another world. I love this so much im gonna buy a copy for myself and my mom.

what a wild ride!

This book! When I tell you from the first page, it hooked me! The hold it had on me! Every twist had my jaw dropping…. Right to the end. Need more!
