Oh my gosh. I bought this book so I could support another teen writer and hopefully get her book out into the world by promoting it (even though I had full intentions to read and love it) and OH MY GOSH. The beginning, middle, and end were all perfect. There was not a single boring part and then end genuinely had my staring at the ceiling because AWWEEE. I need another book asap and I think everyone should read this book. 💗

This book is hands down one of the best summer romances I’ve ever read and I had a blast reading every single page! I just couldn’t put it down and was hooked the whole time, so I finished it in only a few hours (reading straight through). Sierra Bennett and Cade Rivers are my new Roman Empire and I will always have a special place for them in my heart.
The book is so beautifully written, and at the same time just addicting and easy to read, and the inner monologue is so good too! What also helped was that the chapters weren’t too long which I loved.
Bonus point: there was tension in every page and some scene had me giggling and kicking my feet!
The characters are just so lovable and I’m so happy everyone got their happy ending.
I also feel the need to say this here as well: CADE RIVERS IS MINE! I CLAIMED HIM FIRST 😁☺️

Back to Summer is perfect for a fast paced, summer read. The book is filled with SOOO much tension and I enjoyed reading every part of it.
Sierra, the main character, is truly so relatable (which is literally why I ended up crying at the end of the book - and I don't usually do that)
AND CADE RIVERSS, he's literally a mix of Wes and Charlie, omg I actually love him. The way both Sierra and Cade have intimate moments makes your heart melt so much, I had so much fun reading them!
I can't wait for you guys to read this book!!
