A great book for improving a one's conversation skills, skills that are crucial for any relationship. The templates 'Looking Back', 'Looking At' and 'Looking Ahead' will really help in my role as a Learning Innovation Coach. This is a resource that has very helpful chapter summaries and, after reading it from start to finish, I know I will be referring to this book often.
