Rate this book
She'll do anything for her man, even take him captive.

Andrea

I just want a man.

A man will solve all my problems, and take away all the stress of being trapped on a spaceship going somewhere I don’t know where.

I am willing to do anything and anyone to achieve my goals. Even if the man is really an alien.

INF-GRA 32811

I’ve been taken captive by a human woman.

She has managed to use my biological suppression system against me, and is keeping me trapped with that mouth of hers.

The thing is, I don’t want to escape. If I escape, the chip inside my head that forces me to do things will lead me to my death. This woman who has taken me captive?

She's my only hope.

Subjugate is a fun, playful story about two mentally trapped people who find their HFN by giving each other exactly what they need.

She thinks a man will save her. He thinks she may be the only way he survives.

Andrea is stranded aboard a living alien ship and convinced she knows what she needs: a man strong enough to handle what she can’t. When she finds Big Guy, she claims him fast, certain that if she can satisfy him well enough, he’ll have no reason to leave.

Big Guy has a problem bigger than his determined human captor. The control built into him can force his body to obey unwanted commands, while Andrea’s touch disrupts his suppressed responses in ways neither fully understands. Somehow, the woman trying to keep him may also be the one person who can help him hold on to himself.

As control gives way to choice, their connection gets hotter, stranger, and far more intimate. Big Guy’s alien mating instincts collide with Andrea’s belief that love has to be earned through service, pushing her into unfamiliar territory where receiving pleasure, care, and devotion feels almost more frightening than giving herself away.

Andrea is certain being wanted depends on how well she can please a man, but Big Guy makes it harder to hide from how deeply she wants to be cared for, chosen, and kept without constantly proving her worth.

Big Guy moves from suppressed obedience toward genuine autonomy, and with choice comes a fiercely protective, sexually assertive devotion that belongs to him instead of the systems that shaped him.

Their captor and captive dynamic twists into mutual claiming, power exchange, reassurance, and intense physical connection, as they discover surrender means something different when it’s freely chosen.

A dark, kink-forward alien-human erotic romance built around possessive devotion, sexual power exchange, mutual claiming, and chosen submission. It’s about autonomy, conditioning, abandonment, intimacy, and the difference between being needed and being freely chosen, all wrapped in a filthy, unconventional bond where desire becomes a path toward freedom instead of another cage.

The Elevator Pitch: A woman convinced she needs a man to make survival easier finds one whose freedom may depend on her touch. Their strange bond twists captivity, desire, and control into something neither of them fully understands, forcing both to confront what it means to choose and be chosen. What begins as desperate need becomes an intensely physical connection built around autonomy, devotion, and the dangerous relief of finally being wanted.

Heat Level: 🖤🔥 Erotica / Kink-Forward

Up Close With the Enemy . . .

Unit INF-GRA 32811 woke with a female who had captured him. His analysis of her showed manic aggression, if he could even trust the analysis. When they had been under attack earlier by the Wild Vaurelcar, he had fought, been damaged, and woke in the processing room where prisoners were cutting up another unit like himself... so he sneaked out before they saw him. And that was when he was captured by the female (Andrea). She put him in her private chambers and disabled him. When she touched him, his body responded "Biological Suppression initiated" and his desire disappeared. Her body language was analyzed as "Worry" as she waited for a response. And as he thought through how to respond, his body again responded "Biological Suppression initiated". A stabilizing dose was again automatically dispensed. He reasoned that letting her know she was in a position of power would cause her to become overconfident. So he told her she overwhelmed him and he was powerless. His analysis of her response was "Relief"... but he didn't know why. He should be returning her to the cage, not wondering why she was concerned about him and now relieved. And her eyes were leaking.

His control chip wanted INF-GRA 32811 to recapture the ship, but since he is a captive and cannot comply, he started to walk away. He watched the liquid again coming from her eyes as she said he is leaving because no one ever wants her. He replied he can't leave her, and a wave of expressions crossed her face so fast his subroutine could not respond. She dropped to her knees and his subroutine could not deal with his reaction to what she was doing... and he passed out again! She doesn't want to be alone, trapped in a spaceship and not knowing where it is taking her. But unit INF-GRA 32811 recognizes that she has managed to use his biological suppression system against him -- and now he doesn't want to escape! He knows that if he does decide to escape, the chip inside him will lead him to his death. So his only hope of survival is to depend on this woman to keep him alive (and apparently very happy)... Is his analysis correct? Or is there more trouble ahead to deal with?

"Andrea was my first, and most important, joy."
~INF-GRA 32811😚

Subjugate is different from the other short stories in the Leviathan series. Andrea, the MFC, she has... a complex view on how she sees men. They're a necessity, to make her feel worth choosing and staying for. Another words, she has issues and doesn't ask or wait for what she wants to do. Men, including this alien, are a means to have security for her future. She'll latch on to any guy to make sure none of the other women onboard get INF-GRA 32812, or Big Guy. He's hers. They already have their alien men so Big Guy has been captured by her.😒 Kind of strange considering she once was a captive to other aliens on this ship.🚀

Andrea is... unhinged. Neurotic. Frantic. A mess.😨 She gets on her knees and she'll show the others on this ship, including Big Guy, that she'll do anything to claim him as her property. Did I like her? No. She's not a likable character b/c she can't see that there's something wrong with her. Now Big Guy with his 911 program of "biological suppression initiated" is kind of funny, but it's telling how she throws herself into the act without really asking Big Guy's permission first. Do they know each other, no, but Andrea is trying to prove her skills.🙊👅💦 He'll like it. Except he keeps passing out. He has a microchip that short circuits him💥😵💥 That must be removed. Immediately.🧠🪛🪚🪡

Big Guy is likable. He's not offended. He wants Andrea and is hooked. There's spice. Every teapot has a lid.🫖🤷🏻‍♀️😂😂 The story is a hfn, but I do wonder, what would have happened if Big Guy had said no to her. What would Andrea have done?😠🔪☠️ Now that would have been an interesting read on the instability and madness in her own mind. The book cover is cute. If Andrea gets lost in space, I wouldn't be mad about it.🤣🛸 Happy reading. *•>§<•*🩷💚🩷💚

3.5 stars. This short story is dual POV, well written and edited, and a fast-paced exploration of romantic balance in a sci fi setting between Andrea, the female human hairdresser lead who firmly believes that all she needs is a male to look after her and her life will be good, and the unnamed male alien lead who has been a traitor to his biological species because other aliens had a literal mind control chip in his head. He is grateful to have it removed and willing to provide Andrea, as his rescuer, with whatever she needs. I struggled with Andrea’s determined position that the others around her could not help her change. I did not like her perspective at all. I appreciated the male’s care for her and his determination to provide her with what she felt she needed whilst also providing genuine intimacy for her. I disagree with a complementarian approach to the world but this male lead is one of the better examples of how it can be viable. I chuckled at the method of control Andrea could exert over him until his control chip was removed. I appreciated that both lead characters were content at the end, even if their happiness didn’t resemble anyone else’s opinion of what happiness should look like.

INF-GRA 32811 woke captive to Andrea.
Wild Vaurelcar had attacked; damaged, he revived in a processing room watching prisoners butcher one of his kind, then slipped out—only for her to seize him, disable him in her chambers, and trigger his biological suppression. Desire vanished. Her body language read Worry.
He claimed she had overwhelmed him. She showed Relief; her eyes leaked. The control chip ordered him to retake the ship, but captive, he turned to leave. She said no one ever wanted her. He answered he couldn’t leave. She dropped to her knees; systems overloaded—he blacked out.
She fears being alone on a ship she doesn’t control. He realizes she has turned his suppression against him. Escape means the chip kills him. Survival now depends on her.
Is the analysis right… or is worse coming? Overall this was a solid 4 stars from me.

Subjugate is a short smutty, submissive companion story to the Leviathan series. This was a great read. So, the main male character has a designation throughout the first part of the book, INF-GRA 32811. He wakes up and sees someone he assumes is his captor, when he has feelings come over him, his programming chip suppresses all his emotions and makes him numb. He is given directions, but there is no one attached to the orders on the giving side. While his captor doesn’t behave like one, he has a directive and he is compelled to follow it, even when he doesn’t want to. I really liked this novel; it took things in a slightly different direction than the other spinoffs. It has a great storyline and amazing characters, even if they don’t act like it at first. Grab this novel and the rest of the ones in this companion story and the main story, Leviathan.

Book 4 of the Science Fiction Romance series, Companions to the Leviathan. The story follows damaged unit INF-GRA 32811, who escapes a processing room after an attack by the Wild Vaurelcar, only to be captured and disabled by a woman named Andrea. Their dynamic is fascinating; her touch initiates a biological suppression within him that he initially feigns is overwhelming to make her overconfident. Although his control chip urges him to recapture the ship, he cannot leave when she admits her fear of being trapped alone. Ultimately, her actions turn his suppression system against him, shifting his desire from escape to survival, which now depends entirely on her. Overall, this is a well-written story with a very strong storyline and great characters. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I have read all the numbered books (plus related books) that came before this one. Each book is part of an overall whole but you can enjoy individually (if not as completely).

The main female character of this book was aggressive and unpleasant in the previous book. She does not understand boundaries and, as all beings do, she interprets the world through the lens of her life experiences and understanding.

What is great is that the jagged edges of the MFC and the MMC work together and even if they have different perceptions of reality, they are happy to be together and support each other.

Their bond softens her desperate need for safety/stability and allows her to better connect with the other humans.

This is the second seemingly unsympathetic character who is so well written I can't help but feel empathy for her. We also meet a new alien race with hints at some elements of their society, and I am amazed all over again at the creativity inherent in these books.

And, with every mini-episode I know I'm getting closer to the next full length novel in the series, and to be fair with all the women and Calicium in the Vaurelcar I don't know whether that means there's 1 more or 10 more, although I also love the mini-episodes as much as I love the full length novels (it's just that the mini episodes are all happening around the same time, like an "elsewhere on the ship" sort of thing but anyway) they're like that old Lay's commercial - bet you can't have just one!

Subjugate is another companion story to the author’s Leviathan series and is an enjoyable short novella of dark romantic Science Fiction.
FMC Andrea is trapped on a spaceship and wants off!
When alien INF-GRA-32811 wakes up after the ship has been attacked he finds himself a captive of one of the newest species brought aboard the vessel, human Andrea.
This is definitely another one of those humorous stories injected into the storyline that offers some variations on the theme.
Every time “Biological Suppression Initiated” came into play it brought forth some chuckles.
Nicely written with intriguing lead characters I enjoyed this spicy newest read.

This was really good. It was sweet and emotional. With some well placed humor. Both of the protagonists were dealing with some heavy trauma. The Mmc literally didn't have full control of himself at times, but despite everything that had happened and that was still happening to them. It was really touching how they ended up choosing each other. While I do like fated mate romance. I also really enjoy books were the main characters just decided to be together as well.

Andrea was a hard FMC to like but her outlook in life was the result of her upbringing. Big Guy was such a perfect fit for her though. There was a hint at the end that I hope would be explored more in the later books.

This story isn’t about right or wrong, it's just about making the people in the story happy. Andrea has the be the most disliked person on the ship, which is mainly down to her childhood and the fact she only cares about herself. However, that is why I like this story so much, because it gives people the license to be whomever they want to be!

Wow! I knew Andrea was a lot to deal with from the last book, but dang. I'm happy that she latched on to the right one, someone whose depth of feeling and emotional intelligence can sustain the relationship.

Subjugate is a companion novel to the Leviathan Series.

Andrea is quite old fashioned in her views but we also see she is a very determined individual. She knows what she wants and she makes sure she gets it. There was a lot of spice.

A short smutty read! If you can get past/are ok with the FMC being a little less likable than most…. and just take her as she is then you’re in for a fun little smutty read!.

The FMC is quirky in this one. Not very good at reading social cues and slightly obsessive. I did enjoy the dedication to her focus and how she adapted. Another short and entertaining read.

Well another human finds mate. Andrea takes matters in her own hand to make sure lands her very own big guy. I'm so enjoying this whole short story series.
