I'll give it 4 stars because of the poem at the end from Olga otherwise it would get 3. Very basic introduction to Hermetism which is one of my favorite topics. It amazes me to know this information was kept hidden from certain groups of people (namely black people) for a few hundred years and is still somewhat kept out of their perspective by the images and the Church so they don't connect the dots. But, I'll do it for them (i.e. us)!

An Intermediate Guide to Hermetism

An excellent intermediate guide to the history of hermetism. This is not a Rosicrucian take on hermetism, but hermetism itself. There are several outstanding authors in this journal that makes it all the more academically sound. It's worth the effort to read this material.

Excellent

As in any anthology, some articles are better than others. That being said, the article on alchemy alone rates the five star rating. A quick but profound read that will make you reflect and perceive things just a little more clearly.

Excellent Hermetic Compilation

An excellent compilation of articles relating to Hermeticism. Appropriate for both beginners and experienced alike, the brief in-depth articles allow one to learn a complex subject in an easily digestible manner.
