This is the 11th book in this phenomenal series, and this is Brayden / Smitty and Brooke’s journey. After accidentally killing his brother, and destroying his family, Smitty left home with only the clothes on his back, and while on the street, he meets Brooke, his first love, and the one he let get away. Now a patched in member of his MC, he crosses paths with Brooke and a little girl who has his eyes. But is Smitty too late to get Brooke back? This is a well written easy to read, action packed story, with found family, friendships, emotions, heartbreak, turmoil, loss, secrets, danger, suspense, intrigue, challenges, second chances, humour, witty banter, healing, explosive chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, haunting, twisted, and unpredictable addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
This second chance romance in the world of Satan’s Fury MC will leave you with your heart full. Smitty and Brooke were everything until lack of communication and doubts get in the way. When they stumble across each other it will be blue eyes and a love that never went away that will have them finally confronting the past. Their story contains all the grit and suspense that go hand in hand with Fury along with the emotions, chemistry and passion that we love when one of the brothers falls in love. Smitty will finally get the family he has always longed for.
Brayden lost the only woman he ever loved but a secret has brought them back together. He’s a fully patched member now and he finally feels like he has a family.
But you’re still sitting here looking at me like you are right now.” “Because our story isn’t done.”
There is trouble and danger in the midst of this club. And beyond.
Brooke never stopped loving him and now he’s back in her life.
This was a wonderful second chance at life and love story. Another great Satan’s Fury Little Rock edition.
Loved Brayden and Brooke’s second chance at love. After a tragic accident in his past, he left and had no one. He met Brooke and fell in love. But because of a mistake, they parted. Brayden found his new family in the Satans MC. Now, can Brooke and Brayden repair the damage after 2 years? These two have never stopped loving each other.Another great book by L Wilder
L. Wilder brings one of her brother's home after some heartbreak and soul searching finding the peace that had long evaded him in Smitty for a touching read.
Brayden aka Smitty emerged from a tragic past full of self doubt and questioning his worth only to find he had value when he joined Satan's Fury. His loyalty and devotion stood out as hallmarks of who he was and made him a man you could count on.
Devoting her life to her daughter and her career, social worker Brooke looked for the good in the world and attempting to make it a better place. Her ability to see beneath the surface enabled her to find hidden treasures in people often overlooked.
Smitty and Brooke were meant to be and that was obvious from the minute they landed on the same page. This couple had a fiery chemistry that presented one of Ms. Wilder's more spicy connections! This pair's compassionate friendship allowed them to offer grace to each other and see each other's actions from each other's perspective. There was a sweetness to Smitty and Brooke's love that overcame all the darkness that touched their lives.
Curvy twists and unexpected connections are one of L. Wilder's superpowers in her story telling. This writer's suspense arcs are legendary and never disappoint! A great cast of secondary characters always support the characters in the spotlight foreshadowing up and coming stories and updating readers on past characters for a great reader experience.
As to be expected with this author there is no shortage of pain on the way to her stories happily ever afters. Sometimes characters need to go through the paces to figure out what happiness is and no one knows this better than L. Wilder. Living in a gray world this writer shares how her portrayals balance the good and bad in life for a realistic view of the lifestyle they have embraced. L. Wilder's Smitty started as a lonely ride where love was found and brotherhood became a safe place in a world that is often unforgiving for another Satan Fury win!
*I was given an advanced copy. All opinions expressed are my own.* *While this book can be read as a stand-alone reading, the other books in this series would enhance the overall reading experience.*
Some authors write a good MC romance. L. Wilder writes the kind of MC romance that makes you wonder how she keeps doing it.
I’m pretty sure I’ve said before just how much I love L. Wilder’s writing, but after closing Smitty, book 11 and the final story in the Satan’s Fury MC – Little Rock series, I’m saying it again: this woman is firmly in my top three all-time favourite MC romance authors. 🖤
Eleven books into this series and somehow she is still delivering stories that feel fresh, emotional and completely impossible to put down. That, in itself, is an achievement.
But Smitty? This one got me right in the heart.
What I loved most was the emotional depth. Beneath the MC world, the suspense and the danger is a beautifully written story about love, loss, healing and the kind of second chance that makes you believe some connections are simply meant to survive the years.
Smitty and Brooke’s romance carries that gorgeous what if? feeling—the kind of love that may have been broken by circumstances but never truly disappeared. And watching those emotions unfold gives this book a warmth that balances perfectly against the darker, faster-paced MC elements.
And then there’s the suspense.
Because L. Wilder doesn’t let you settle too comfortably into the romance. Just when your heart is wrapped around the characters, she pulls you back into the danger, keeping that tension simmering throughout and giving the story the perfect balance of heart, heat and adrenaline.
I also loved getting those glimpses into Smitty’s younger years. They add another layer to a character you already want to understand, making his emotional journey feel even more powerful.
This is exactly why I keep coming back to L. Wilder’s books. She doesn’t just give you an MC romance; she gives you characters to become invested in, emotions to feel and a love story you genuinely want to see make it.
If you love second chances, reunited lovers, emotional healing, protective MC men, heartfelt romance and suspense that keeps you turning the pages, Smitty deserves a place on your TBR.
The Eleven and final book in, and the Satan’s Fury MC – Little Rock series is still proving why it’s one of those MC worlds I never want to leave. 🖤🔥
A Heart-Wrenching, High-Octane Second Chance Romance!
What an outstanding addition to the Satan’s Fury MC, Little Rock Chapter series! Smitty is a story about second chances at life, belonging, and love—all wrapped up in one beautifully written book.
My heart broke so many times for Brayden, aka Smitty. I just wanted to reach into the pages and give him a big hug! He’s carried the weight of the world on his shoulders ever since he was a young boy involved in a tragedy that he blamed—and still blames—himself for. On his own since age eighteen, the only good thing in his life was meeting Brooke, the girl who became his whole world. But feeling unworthy of her, he ultimately pushed her away.
Fast-forward three years: Brayden has finally found a true home and a family with Satan’s Fury as a newly patched brother. But when he unexpectedly runs into Brooke again, old feelings instantly resurface. Neither of them ever truly got over the other, but deep past secrets still stand firmly in their way.
Can Brooke and Smitty move past their mistakes and give their love a second chance? Or has too much time, hurt, and hidden truths made a future together impossible?
I highly recommend grabbing a copy of Smitty. It’s one heck of an emotional ride you won’t want to miss!
This is book #11 in the Satan's Fury Mc Little Rock ,Smitty's Story and L.Wilder is my favorite Mc Author of all times. She truly loves her characters in Little Rock.Smitty is no different, but his story is one that will definitely connect you to the emotional side of pain and heartbreak and bring light back into your reading .smitty aka Brayden is finally patched in as a Brother of Satan's Fury Mc and he still has a hole in his heart for Aiden ,his twin and Brooke the one he pushed away, but when a trip to the fair ,Smitty sees Brooke and also a little girl who has his eyes ,but when he sees her with another man, is it to late? Or will a crazy snake try to end the Satan's Fury Mc all together? I actually reread this book twice as I couldn't get enough of Smitty and Brooke. Congratulations L.Wilder for giving me one heck of a book hangover. I absolutely felt every connection and emotional turmoil of these characters. You definitely made me feel like i was apart of the story sitting on the sidelines. Bravo on another phenomenal book.
I absolutely loved this book, and the story just wove around me and became part of my heart. Smitty had a very tough life leading him to Satan’s Fury MC and along the way he lost his heart. Now he finally found his forever family, but he still felt like he was missing something until one night when he saw her again. Brooke would do anything for Ansley she would give up her love and devote her life. But when the past crashes into the present it changes everything. This MC family is so amazing, I love how all the brothers and their wives support each other so much. This book has everything it has drama, love, spice, family and danger. I highly recommend this book for anybody who wants to go on a journey that will leave them awestruck.
Smitty (Brayden) and Brooke’s story grabbed me from the first page and didn’t let go. L. Wilder excels at writing MC romances that feel raw, real, and deeply emotional, and this book is no exception. Beneath the danger, tension, and club drama is a heartfelt story about love, loss, healing, and the kind of connection that survives years and heartbreak.
I loved the glimpses into Smitty’s past—they added so much depth to his journey and made his reunion with Brooke even more powerful. The balance of suspense and emotion is spot‑on, keeping the pages turning while grounding the story in genuine feeling.
Eleven books into the Satan’s Fury MC – Little Rock series, and somehow Wilder is still delivering fresh, addictive stories. This one hit me right in the chest. If you love protective MC men, emotional second chances, and romance woven with danger, this book belongs on your TBR.
A fantastic story that touched my heart and brought out all the feels! My heart broke for what Brayden/Smitty went through! He’s just the sweetest thing and he proves it over and over again! Brooke seemed like a good woman who truly loved him but it just wasn’t enough at the time. A couple years later, a chance meeting and a secret brings them full circle with a chance to get things straight. We still get the action and suspense with the club that will keep you turning the pages to see who is messing with all of them! I love how no matter where you’re at, Fury is all about family and fighting for each other and having each other’s backs! This was such a wonderful story that I couldn’t put down! Very highly recommend! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book
If you love great MC stories that pull you in from the first page and takes you on a journey of two souls who are meant to be, this is a book for you. Ms. Wilder has always given me books that I feel invested in with her writing making them a one click read. This is the club’s prospect, Smitty’s story and it’s a story of second chances.
Brooke had been with Brayden/Smitty back when he was struggling with himself and now two years later things have finally changed bringing them back together again. Smitty has earned his rocker now and he wants the one person back that mattered to him back in the “bad” times. I loved the drama and steam which made this book hard to put down. I’m always ready for more books from this author.
I loved this one so much!!! Yes, it’s part of a series, but you can read it on its own with no issues.
Smitty and Brooke were once a couple. She loved him and felt he betrayed her. He loved her enough to set her free…. He just went about it stupidly. Typically man I suppose….
Fast forward a few years and Smitty sees Brooke holding a little girl in her arms with his exact colored eyes. He confronts her and the next thing you know, Smitty has a beautiful daughter. Now he just has to win her mother over. Good thing she never got over him even though she’s living with another man! The ending of this story was written beautifully! I am very happy with how it ended. Buuuuttt…. I already miss these characters and want more!
Smitty has finally earned his patch and is doing his best to transition from prospect to brother. It's a lot and I loved how we see him struggle (to a point) with finding his footing. Getting suckered into going to the local fair, he is gobsmacked by seeing the only woman he's ever loved and pushed away...with a baby...who has his blue eyes. I loved this story and seeing how the love on both sides never went away and those feelings are just as strong today as they were two years ago. I also loved seeing Smitty fall head over heels in love with his baby girl. I'm sad to see the end of the Little Rock chapter, but a great story to close it out.
Read your notes to remind you what a dud she was. Affection for the author has me giving 2 1/2 ut it's really a 2. Spoiler it's never ok not to tell a man you're pregnant. Yes he was a bonehead but he was ZERO percent responsible for that decision. Bad, bad MFC. It's never ok to move in with your best friend when you know he's in love with you and stay, while yes you told him you don't have those feelings but he's CLEARLY in love with you. You should have gotten yourself and your daughter out of their and not stayed for 2 years. Again, Bad Bad heroine. It's ABSOLUTELY NEVER ok to stay in his house while he moves out and gives you time to think and you just keep living there taking advantage of him. I'll say it again BAD BAD MFC

Since Smitty was a prospect and we learned his story in the last book I couldn’t wait for his book. He carried so much pain and guilt around for so long. I loved watching how his brothers healed him. Brooke was the love of his life and when you’re young, you often let decisions that you make based on miscommunication break your heart. I loved how these two reconnected and found their way back to the bond they always shared. This book definitely had all the feels for me and of course how the Fury had to find who is messing with them and put things right. I love this series, and this was a great addition, a must read!
I've always loved reading this author's books, and this one was certainly no exception! There were many heartbreaking, tragic, and devastating situations in their pasts, but they've both worked hard to overcome them. With a long lost love that was thought to be gone forever, it's both a shock and blessing that fate had other ideas. It's going to be an intriguing love story, that's for sure! Fury has been dealing with what seems to be numerous unexpected events, but is there more to them? You'll definitely want to be there to find out! I would definitely recommend this book, series, and exceptional author.
What a heartfelt story about second chances at happiness and a love that is never-ending. This book is not for the faint of heart. This is a raw, emotional story that has all the feels. Brayden and Brooke’s story is proof that misunderstandings and mistakes can be corrected if you are willing to take the time and put in the work. Add a little drama with the Fury and family that is there for you through the good and bad times, this is an excellent addition to the Satan’s Fury Little Rock chapter!
Absolutely fantastic 2nd chance romance. And who doesn’t love visiting with the Little Rock Chapter of Satan’s Fury??? We also get some mentions of the other Chapters in this awesome saga!!!! Brooke and Brayden (Smitty) have one heck of a story to share. With a little cutie pie that steals everyone’s hearts too. This story will make your heart ache, shed a few tears - both happy and sad, make you laugh and all the while cheering this couple on as they find their way. Absolutely loved it!
I did not want to put this down. I had to find out what went wrong for Brooke and Smitty/Brayden. Then I had to see how long it would take Brayden to get passed it. I loved their interactions with each other as well as with Anslee, who was so cute. With danger surrounding the MC, Brooke's connection through her work helped the club to solve the situation without much damage. Touching background storylines added to this read. Loved it.
I received a copy through Enticing Journey Book Promotions, and this is my unsolicited review.
Next up in the SFMC Little Rock is Smitty! We saw him as a prospect but now he finally has his rocker and became a brother. Smitty had a good childhood until he was 12 and a life altering event changed everything. Brooke was there when he was at the bottom and they formed a love we all hope to have but then things changed. Again! Fast forward 2ish years and they find their way back to one another. While Smitty's book was not my favorite, I enjoyed the characters and story.
Smitty aka Brayden has finally earned his Fury cut and become a full brother. When he attends a local fair with Grim and Skid and their significant others he never expects to run into the love of his life or to learn he has an 18 month old daughter. Things ended messily between Brooke and Smitty but they both still feel the same and want to find a way back to each other but things are dangerous with the club and Brooke has her own situation to deal with. These two will work for the HEA they were always meant to have in this engaging read.
Smitty and Brooke, second chance at a love that never faded. Beautiful story of grief, hurt, protection of the heart and chance encounter to rekindle the ember that continued to burn through it all. Brayden is a full throttle Satans Fury man ALL.THE.WAY from the steam to brotherhood. Love this series and these Little Rock Alpha Protectors…… get comphy you won’t be putting this read away once you start.
I loved this book! I always enjoy this author and returning to the Fury MC family. It was great watching Smitty adjust to being a full member rather than a prospect and learn where he fit within the club. His second chance with Brooke and discovering he had a daughter made his story heartfelt, emotional, and difficult to put down. I can’t wait for more from this series!
Smitty and Brooke knew each other before but he didn’t think he was enough for her and he forced her to let him go. Little did he know he was leaving something with her. A chance sighting at the fair brings everything to the forefront. This was a great second chance romance with a lot of soul searching and healing. Things finally come to a head with all the Satan’s Fury Chapters and they find out who was behind all the problems they were having. A great addition to the series.
SMITTY: SATAN'S FURY BY L. WILDER 5 STARS posted 8/18'/26 Brooke & Smitty + Anslee
They'd loved and swsore to a future together until the past tore them apart. Meeting again unexpecdtedly their present ripped them into the best possible present.
He had changed and grown newly patched into Satan's Fury. Geat Characters, second chance story, with a bunch of emotions to keep reading.
Well, I have had a settee day today. I am currently on summer break from school and today it was raining and I decided to have a settee day. So with Off Campus playing in the back ground (I know right?! 😂), I have literally not put this down! Any who! I love Satan’s Fury MC and this is Smitty’s story. Oh my heart! What a story of lost love and possible second chances with a healthy dose of people wanting to fuck with the club!! Loved it!!
If you love a good second-chance romance, then Smitty is the book for you. Brayden (Smitty) and Brooke’s story is a familiar one, where life gets in the way and decisions are made without enough communication. Two years later, pure chance brings them back together, and the sparks are still there. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Satan’s Fury read without a little trouble thrown into the mix. Highly recommend!
book eleven in the Satan's Fury MC/Little Rock series. they where together. first love first promise. she wants to go places but he love his town. long distance started amazing till he has to let her go. she was meant to do great. he made it easy for her to walk away. heartbroken she leaves. now she’s back and this time around he can’t walk away. she has his heart and his kid. the club is at his back making sure he does not make the same mistake again.
I cannot get enough of the men and women of Satan's Fury MC Little Rock Chapter. Brooke and Brayden were a couple, but misunderstandings and a few years gone by doesn't change how they feel. Their story is packed full of drama, stream, mystery, laughter, old enemies, family and steam. From beginning to end I was glued to the pages as their story unfolded.
