A man who needs therapy. A woman who should probably be in jail.
KAIOR has spent three years loving a man who made lying look easy. Just when she thinks she's building a future, one devastating betrayal shatters everything she thought she knew about the life she's been living.
JOKAH has never chased a woman a day in his life. He never needed to.
In Broward County, his name carries more weight than introductions ever could. The streets respect him, his enemies fear him, and rumors about what happens to the people who cross him have become urban legend.
So, when KAIOR, the one woman who couldn't care less about his money, his power, or his reputation, walks away without looking back, Jokah becomes obsessed with proving that she's different and she's meant to be his. What starts as unexpected chemistry quickly turns into something far more dangerous as old relationships refuse to die, secrets begin surfacing, and one jealous ex discovers exactly who he's standing in the way of.
As KAIOR gets pulled deeper into Jokah's world, she starts to realize the man chasing her isn't just wealthy and charming. He's exactly who the streets say he is. Because in Jokah's world, loyalty isn't requested...It's expected. And once he decides you're his, walking away may no longer be an option.
Some men chase you with flowers. Jokah chases you with consequences.
This book was so good! Jokah definitely didn't come to play; he was applying pressure from beginning to end. He was hands down my favorite character, and once you read the book, you'll understand exactly why. Now for my least favorites... Shania. Whew! Sis seriously needs some help. 😂 Then there's Kyrie, who is a certified f**k ninja, and Talia... that trifling a$$ had me shaking my head cause she know what she did/ was doing was f**k up. I honestly didn't want to put this book down. The story kept me hooked, and I was invested from start to finish. I can't wait to see what happens in Book 2!
This book gave exactly what I needed to get through the workday. I loved that Jokah stood on business about Shania cause she definitely thought baby boy was Key. Kaoir was IT okay even though the family had a background story I’m here for it focusing on the sisterhood. Without doing the most Talia my girl 😳 Now if you’re like me a read series like your fav tv show don’t pressure my girl 🤨 cause I know part 2 will have me at the edge of my seat oh and this is my first read and she absolutely nailed it
I’ve had the opportunity to read this book Sin Looks Good on Us before release day and let me tell you “If it’s free then it’s for me” Jokah and Kaior will have you in your feelings, laughing screaming and an absolute page turner. Jokah may be coming for some of our favorite MC spots!
The way I turned to page 74 and literally screamed! I knew I would be finishing this book same day!
This is a great book I just wish I knew it was a series before i read book 1 because I like to read the entire series at once. Jokah was a real man and put all the pressure on Kaior to show her that he wanted her. Kyrie is a joke and I hope he continues to get all the karma that's coming his way. Shania is delusional and needs to let go. I can't wait for book 2.
As always well done author!! The lies n deceit runs deep!! As much as it hurt I’m glad the truth came out or has it?? Jokah is the man!!!cant wait for next!!
Jokah didnt come to play and Im guessing Kaior didnt either! She felt something was off and made a move!! I love Kaior's relationship with her sisters they did not play about each other! Tila hmm yea we'll see because girl what???? Part 2 me now!!
Outside of all this unsafe adult activities with multiple people taking place within a week. Like 7 days. Sleeping with her no protection then with her and her with him after meeting him twice. I’m glad this fiction fantasy really.
Ok so Kyrie was cheating and getting played at the same time ? ? ? Who is Solo ? ? ? Is Shaniyah still gonna be a problem ? ? ? Why did Kyrie think it was ok to play with Kaior like that ? ? ?
I need part two this book was gud jokah did not play bout that girl did he go to the little boy game did he kill the boyfriend? I need to kno in book two
