1 book5 followersDomonique Pequet (Lewis-Hutson) was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, to Robert & Dorothy Lewis Jr. She has four siblings, her being in the middle of five. Domonique began writing at the age of ten. When she wasn't spending her summers with her cousin at her grandfather's home in Gulfport, Mississippi, she would read and make up stories of her own. At the age of twelve, Domonique read her first Urban Novel by Omar Tyree, Flyy Girl. The Coldest Winter Ever by Sister Souljah soon followed, making Domonique fall in love with Urban Literature. In 2011 Domonique started writing her debut novel Envy. She completed and self- published Envy in June 2015. Domonique is currently working on her Envy Series, and two spin off novels. Wow What A Great Read
First off let me say this book was off the chain. I finished this book in two days which included me staying up till 1am. My least favorite character was Day. I believe she was a hater from the beginning of the story but Nomi was just too blind to see that. I do not feel bad she lost her baby. When you do something as horrible as she did you deserve every bit of karma. And moving on to Quell. I can't him. He held on all the way to the end. He just let what happened between Nomi and Ryan get the best of him. He should have known better. I can't believe he slept with that chick. (Forgot how to spell her name). I hope Nomi sticks around and keeps her man. They both were made for each other. Ms. Dominique did her thing with this book. I would recommend this book to all my fellow readers!!

Really enjoyed it!
This was unexpectedly good. For a new author I must say I really enjoyed this read it so much drama. You found yourself really rooting for Nomi and Quell to make with all the haters and snakes gunning for their relationship to fail. I was so upset about the end and to stab Quell! I definitely recommend and can't wait for part 2! Great job Domonique Pequet!!!!

Definitely a page turner
Great read. Lots of twists and turns filled with love, sex, and treachery! A must read and I'm waiting patiently for part 2.

Envy
This was an okay read for me. The label dropping was over top and the storyline could have been fire but some parts lacked the umph factor and was predictable. Overall I still would recommend it

ENVY!! The Makings Of A Bestseller
Dominique Pequet , has raised the bar of an excellent writer, if she keep dropping books like this one. INTENSE SEX,SETUPS, SCANDAL,BETRAYAL,LUST,RAGE, AND HOPE ALL RUN ALONG THE SAME EMOTIONAL CIRCLE. This book helped me to get away from my everyday stress through her writing, and that is a big bonus. THANK YOU.
