In the lonesome wasteland of Crowhill, a sentient tower block cannot hold on much collapse is imminent. The building and its ghosts must warn its residents of the danger they are in, but can connection triumph over isolation?
Standing alone upon a hostile hilltop in the north of England, Crowhill Rise is dying. When the local authority refurbishes its ground floor and Housing Officer, Shabana Patel, is tasked with filling the four finished flats, the tower rallies its benevolent entities in an attempt to communicate to its unassuming residents that they are in danger. However, with malevolent shadows also at play and the tower's supernatural warnings lost in translation, the tenants develop conflicting paranoias about their new homes, fuelled by their own unresolved issues.
Tapping into the zeitgeist of inadequate housing, CROWHILL is a contemporary ghost story that explores isolation, connection and control through the eyes of Crowhill Rise, its eight sole tenants and the housing officer who placed them there. Will the remote community work together to escape with their lives... or will this strange new environment absorb them into its solitude forever?
