Some moments pass unnoticed by everyone but God.
In the crowded courts of the temple, among the echo of coins and the rustle of linen, a widow gave all she had. Nearby, a tax collector whispered seven trembling words. Both were overlooked by the crowd. Neither was overlooked by Him.

Through richly imagined narrative and poetic reflection, Seen draws readers into the quiet depth of two Gospel one recorded as an event, the other told as a parable. Together, they reveal Jesus’s searching gaze and invite us to recognise ourselves within the story.

The Pharisee. The tax collector. The widow.

Each reflects something of the human pride that longs to be admired, shame that longs to be forgiven, and hidden faith that wonders whether its offering matters.

This is not just their story. It is ours.

For the God who sees is still watching, still waiting, still welcoming.

😭😭😭 I just read this book in one sitting & am so deeply touched by these stories.

Craig has a way of taking stories that most of us know from the Bible & really making you think deeper about them. I loved the thought behind these stories being left open ended for a reason. I don’t want to spoil anything, so I won’t say too much about that, but wow! It was such a good point and I’m so blessed by this book! 🥹

What a beautiful reminder that God sees all of us, even when we can sometimes feel so unseen or unworthy in this life. 🤍🤍🤍

This book has a very special place in my heart. I can’t wait to share it with others.

Thank you to the author for the gifted e-arc. These thoughts are all my own.
