A lovely book that focuses on the homecoming and early times with a newly adopted baby.

Birthparents and reasons for adoption are not mentioned but are acknowledged: "They (adoptive parents) gave thanks, too, for the unselfish love that...across the miles, over land and sea, changed their lives and yours."

A beautifully illustrated book about adoption. I definitely have a friend to share this book with.
