Wow, great book. Finally something different between the same old story. Sometimes it took a bit getting used to it, the internal dialogues were often too long and I wish H and h were not so vaguely described, I couldn't imagine them in my head, we only get to know the hair color and that H has tattoos. Also the MC played a minor role first, it took a while before the club name was mentioned. H is a nomad and comes along pretty arrogant, but we get to know him better little by little and not only do we get to understand his character better, he changes in the course of the story (due to h). I liked both characters, h and H, and the story was gritty, violent, action loaded but also romantic. It was more like a road movie, the club stayed mostly in the background until the showdown. Sometimes it was a bit like watching an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie with all the shootouts and dry/funny remarks in deadly situations. All in all I can highly recommend it, it was just refreshing to read such a different and well written biker book.

Ronin is a nomad within the Steel Viens MC. He gets into some trouble and ends up with a bounty on his head.
Flora will do anything to find and save her sister. Little does she know that it will be a very dramatic ride.
Ronin and Flora take this journey to find her sister and end up with everything they could have ever wanted.
MC are loyal and this book proves it.
Excellent writing.
Lovely characters.
Fantastic story line.

Without even reading what this book was about, I automatically one-clicked this baby because, quite frankly, if Adair Rymer was handing out supermarket circulars, I'd read it front to back, five star the thing and buy out the meat section ~ but add Nora Flite into the mix, well what do we have here? Badass Thelma and Louise? Well ladies, you done good, real good!
Ronin, a nomad from Steel Veins MC, got himself deep into trouble as soon as his eyes landed on Flora, who would have been in a bigger world of trouble herself, if he didn't. While doing club business at a brothel belonging to rival club, Knights of the Only Order, Ronin noticed that something wasn't right when he saw a bunch of drugged up girls, including Flora, who looked like they were heading somewhere sinister. Not liking what he saw, and something about Flora, who looked completely out of place, Ronin looks to win Flora in a card game. You know things aren't gonna go easy ~ In addition, there's a price to pay when you go against orders from your MC. And so, the adventure begins ~ When it's open season on a rogue biker and his new prize, life on the road is full of adventure, bullets and construction vehicles ... Ronin is a good bad dude who has nothing to lose in his life until Flora. He's cocky, arrogant, smokin hot and funny as hell. Flora is a girl on mission ~ stubborn, driven and full of badass surprises herself, who won't stop until she does some saving of her own. Their story is gritty, raw and graphic. It's so well written and fast paced that I didn't even realize I was holding my breath throughout much of their saga. Remember I said that Ronin was running nomad for Steel Veins? For those of you who read Adair Rymer's Steel Veins MC series, I have one word for you ... Remy ... sigh ... All's well that ends well, one way or another. This was such a fantastic read that it deserves its own series!

Ronin, a handsome, fearless nomad associated with a very large MC club, the Steel Veins , meets Flora in a less than ideal situation. Flora is searching for her sister Claudine, who has been taken against her will by a rival club. Flora finds herself in a similar situation due to be sold by human traffickers. Ronin rescues her, which puts him at odds with his own club. Flora is definitely out of her league with him, and as stubborn as she is naive, she just wants to find her sister. So, Flora and Ronin set out to do just that. Hoping for the best, but expecting the worst, what they didn't expect is to develop feelings for one another. This is a stand-alone, which I was very glad to hear. It had many twists and turns but it was never a slow read. I LOVED THESE TWO TOGETHER ! Although opposites, they found exactly what they had been missing, in each other, to make themselves whole.

I loved that this had an unique storyline. I've never read an MC book where the biker was a straight up nomad for his club or having his membership temporarily removed.
I really liked that I didn't have to read over the top sex scenes either. Surprisingly this one was tame in that department. But had just the right amount at the same time.
I liked all of the elements to this story and how the couple came to be a couple. However, it was the way this book was written that made it hard to read at times- therefore my reasoning for a 2.5 star rating. I'm not sure why the writing was not easy flowing for me. It just made it a difficult read and I couldn't connect on an emotional level with the couple- though I liked them together.

4.5 Sister Saving Stars.
Although short, this book was intense. I was glued, reading each passage nervously hoping the Ronin wasn't going to die.
Ronin is a nomad for one of the biggest MCs the Steel Veins. He's also a huge ass and causes ruckus wherever he goes. Leaving him extremely hated and a liability with his club.
Flora is a sweet girl with a hard upbringing. Her parents are drug addicts and alcoholics, leaving her older sister Claudine the only person she has to rely on. Unfortunately, Claudine has followed in her parents dark path and has become an addict herself.
Claudine goes missing and Flora will do anything to find and get her back. I mean anything. Parts of the book, I was ready to slap her. I wanted to yell at Flora
Flora's heart was in the right place, and I loved her determination and strength, but her lack of common sense and street smarts got her kidnapped into the same sex trafficking scheme her sister is in. Luckily for her, Ronin sees her while dealing with club business for his Pres. He knows Flora doesn't belong in a dirty strip club and steals her from the rival MC. This does not go well and causes a war between his club and this up and rising MC. Ronin's club has had it with his reckless behavior and they kick him out.
After this, all the action happens. Without Ronin's club protection he's a walking deadman. Him and Flora are fighting to stay alive while hunting for her sister. I really did enjoy this book. I loved both characters, their chemistry and story. Granted towards the end it started to become too over the top, but I love books like that and it made me laugh. I will definitely read another book from this author.

What happens when you mix a biker author and a writer of dark romance novels... you get the awesome combination of wild rides and nasty human traffickers with a sexy woman fighting for justice and a renegade biker fighting to survive...that's what!
I have read both Nora Flite and Adair Rymer books and have enjoyed their different styles and creative subject matter, so to put them together was a dream team and I loved this new biker series a lot.
Ronin was the perfect tough guy nomad on the road who gets mixed up with the wrong people...and what started off as the wrong woman (Flora)...until something greater than the both of them takes over and turns everyone inside out. A quest to save a sister becomes a fight to live and protect innocent women who have fallen into the clutches of an evil pair of brothers. It was bloody violent, steamy and erotic and a tale of family strength and loyalty...both blood family and those by choice.
I hope there will be a sequel for Flora's sister and some of the other "brothers" in this book. Excellent and exciting story!

I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I have read books by Adair Rymer but this is my first one by Nora Flite. Great collaboration by the two. The story takes a fresh, new path in telling about the bad boy biker who is up for fighting, sexing and wears a perpetual smirk. He's arrogant and a smart ass. But he turns into quite a different character by the end of the book. Our heroine, Flora, is usually smart and dedicated to saving her sister from a human trafficking ring. However, she does make some pretty silly decisions sometimes. With that said, I still liked her character and absolutely loved the way these authors delivered a touching love story. I love it when authors can start with one character and make them into the savior any good girl would want saving them. I highly recommend this one to those of you who love a good biker/MC romance. I'd really like to know if/when we're getting Flora's sister's book. One other thoroughly enjoyable thing about this book is the great action scenes painted by the authors.

What an absolute gem! I received an ARC copy for an honest review. Honestly, you'd be foolish to pass it up. I haven't read many biker books, the ones I did read were tame and not really true to the bikers I know and have known. It is the 'live by their own set of rules' that people don't get. This book has it. The authors not only understand it but they were able to make me feel it within the characters thinking and interactions.
I was groaning when I started it seeing the length and what type of book I had agreed to review. Shame on me. The book is a stand alone, action packed, full story with enough hot sex scenes to keep it interesting.
Don't pass it up!

Chivalry isn't dead but it can get you dead 5 stars.

Wow. What an adventure? Holy Batman in Heaven that was one wild ride that has gotten my heart to race like I was running the 100 meter sprint.
Ronin! What can I say about him? He's cocky, a complete smart-ass and reckless to say the least. He does everything in his power to rub people's nose in and laugh while doing it. And last but not least he's super hot, but all his shenanigans endears you to him. He seems like a badass but with a heart.
Flora, the girl who never gives up. She's someone I would want in my corner cos seriously this one has the heart of a strong angel. When things were completely whacked she still wanted to go back to save her sister. She's naive to say the least but she's got a heart of gold and that is what attracts her to Ronin. He sees her in a situation where he felt she didn't belong and his chivalrous side fights to save her and in the process breaking all hell to end all hell.
Since the moment they run, I was glued to my kindle to finish this baby. And OMG was this a wild ride or what. Every turn they took, they were in danger because of what Ronin has done, he had to pay the consequences which is HUGE. What he did at the first motel made me wanna scream in frustration. What ensues had my heart almost stopping from the chaos.
While trying to survive from the baddies who are reallly mofu baddies, Ronin and Flora realize some truths about themselves. So if you wanna know whether Flora gets to save her sister or if she gets tangled in the whole mess and perish. Whether Ronin does save the girl he saved that fateful night. You just have to 1-click this baby. It was fast, it was brutal, it was HOT and it was heartbreaking. I loved getting to know Ronin and his past, our pasts do shape us into the person we are at present. I got to know a brave girl who never gives up, she will fight for you until her dying breath, all this made me fall in love with the authors whom I am meeting for the first time. So for me, this MC story was a 5 gold star.

Bravo Ladies! I love it when two fabulous authors come together and have a book baby together! It is a fabulous mix of biker, witty banter, dark romance, angst, thrill, kill and steamy sex!
Ronin is a street smart, sexy, cocky nomad biker. He has made a name for himself over the years with a local biker club. His smart mouth and wit usually land him smack dab in the middle of some very interesting crazy ass predicaments. This is no exception to the rule the night he runs into our gal Flora. She is in trouble and has no idea how deep!
Flora is a woman on a mission! She will do whatever is in her power to save her sister even if it means risking her own life. She has no idea the severity of the situation until she falls into the hands of men dealing in humane trafficking. She is no longer a hero but a victim. She has been through so much in her young life but even in the darkest hour she will not give up she is a survivor! Her caring loving person shines through and hits a cord in our bad boy biker! Ronin has certainly never been called a knight in shining armor but even a big bad biker may have a sweet spot deep down under that leather cut.
Flora and Ronin are such an unlikely pair. It is beautiful to watch these characters grow and evolve. Flora is so far from street smart that you begin to feel sorry for her. Her attempts to seduce and use her sexual persuasion to influence Ronin are shall we say cute and heartwarming! Ronin's cocky comebacks are fabulously funny. She makes him feel and that is something new to him.
This unlikely duo soon realize that they may need each other to get out of this hell hole alive and finish this job. They are on the run and can trust no one.
This is a crazy, wild,torrid ride. You will experience every emotion on the spectrum while you follow these two to Hell and Back!

I'm a beta for Adair but to read this book for both Authors and give my honest review is a privilege.
This book was a great Standalone with two highly talented Authors who put there heads together and created this great addition to there work base.
We meet Ronin giving us quite the start with his fearless attitude he's a Nomad who is out on a mission for his MC Steel Veins.
He loves to play cards and make money and get his d!ck wet it's a Win win situation for him them he starts his journey which he happens to enter a brothel and this is when his life just turns to smoke for him he comes face to face with an innocent woman who he feels he needs to help so that's when he deals with a devil he's No hero so why care but he's a sucker for weakness.
Flora was just out looking for her sister after she never returns at a lose she starts her hunt, This is when her life turns up side down and she finds herself in the hands of a sex trafficking ring ready to be sold but if it brings her closer to finding her sister she don't mind, I loved that attitude she has.
When Ronin rescues her it puts him in bad light with his own club and the battle begins.
It has twists and turns it keeps your attention and flows really well. They were like chalk and cheese but they fitted well, They did try to not act on there feelings but with very Hot sex thrown in to the mix you can't turn your back on that :)
Its a truly great read Hot, Gritty, Keeps you guessing and wanting more.
Confidence V Innocents and great combo your love this ride to the end and you won't regret it. So saddle up and kick the stand as your on for a hot ride to meet the devil!

Raunchy & Heartwarming…that sums up this book in 2 words I think. I have just started reading MC books and if they are like this book I have found another dirty little vice!
It was a heck of a ride with the nomad, Ronin, and the damsel in distress; or maybe she wasn’t a damsel in distress.
Flora had it hard growing up and only had her older sister to rely on which was fine with her. So when her sister goes missing Flora is the only person who cares enough to see what has happened to Claudine and she will move heaven and earth to find her. If you are looking for some extremely graphic action along with some steamy scenes with Ronin and Flora this is an excellent choice for any MC followers. Because of Outlaw Road I definitely will be checking out MC books from here on out.

Flora had it hard growing up and only had her older sister to rely on which was fine with her. So when her sister goes missing Flora is the only person who cares enough to see what has happened to Claudine and she will move heaven and earth to find her. This was a great read. This is the story about an outlaw biker and how he tried to help a young woman who later becomes the love of his life. He was kicked out of his MC club so getting into trouble. She is trying to find her sister who went missing for a week. He rescues her from a brothel where they do horrible things to women. They fall in love, and then the drama ensues.
The characters were great. They have amazing chemistry. Ronin is the bad boy biker who knows how to protect the people he loves. Flora is the girl that is determined to find her older sister. I thought the fact that Flora was a strong character made me like this book more because she was fearless and strong. However, Ronin was so interesting that he added more complexity to her character.
This is a biker love story. What I love the most is that it's that bad boy types such as bikers that fall the hardest. The story was great. I thought the truth about Ronin's past made me understand him more. I thought that the romance was really good. It did have a major part of the story, but it did not overshadow the action and suspense. It was really funny when . Overall, a nice read.

Whoa, this book was crazzzzzzzzzzzzy good. I mean, I barely even touch MC books anymore because so many are so formulaic and just 'meh' ya know? Like, alpha badass dude who talks in monosyllables, the familiar biker setting, insta-lust, lots of sex, not a lot of plot or STAKES (you know, like, 'deep conflict' or something REALLY at stake for the hero or heroine beyond fairly surface issues), usually halfway through there's barely anything interesting going on. But with this one, day-um, shiz-nit gets REAL, super fast. And Ronin is one crazy-ass motherf'er. The crap he pulls at the beginning, I was just like, whoaaaaa. This is EPIC. I felt genuinely WORRIED for these characters - like, they got themselves in so deep, I didn't know HOW they were going to get themselves out again. THAT'S what 'stakes' are all about, take notes folks. And that climax was hella climactic! Awesome read, I'm off to check out more books by both these authors. This one was free on KU, let's see if their other stuff is.

What an Amazing combo (Nora Flite & Adair Rymer).
Nora Flite never seize to Amaze Me with her Wonderful Talent and Her Groovalicious Stories!
MC Stories were never my thing (I could never connect with the stories in the past, so I stop trying), but anything with Nora Flite's "signature", in my personal opinion is just PURE BRILLIANCE.
I loved the chemistry between the main characters, which as a result makes me fall deeper in love with this captivating story! I couldn't put the damn book down. Great stories draw you in and leave you thirsty for more.
So, I can officially announced that "This is where my addiction for MC Romance begins, so this two Fabulous Authors better be ready with more!"

It's always an adventure going into a Nora Flite book! This new MC romance was no different. Dark, gritty, and suspenseful.
Ronin was an interesting character. A nomad biker. Always on the move. Bringing trouble everywhere he goes and making enemies along the way. His 3 loves -- poker, women and booze.
Flora is the sweet, naive girl trying to track down her missing older sister. In the process, she gets tangled up with The Knights, the biker gang that kidnapped her sister.
Once Ronin "wins" Flora in a game of blackjack. the chaos begins. Lots of action and bloodshed!
Loved the ending! Ronin is a serious badass! A one-man army type of badass. Good stuff---definitely recommend checking this out.

Love me some Ronin and Flora. This is a fast paced book with plenty of tense situations and near miss opportunities. Ronin is your typical bad ass biker with a soft side which shows when he catches Flora's eye in a very sticky situation. Intense moments are aplenty and you cannot but keep reading to see how they are going to get themselves out of each and every one.
Flora is a gutsy young woman with one thing on her mind, to save her big sister Claudine. Together with Ronin they transport you into the world of badness to make this happen.
Along the way we are included in the beautiful love these two are heading towards.
Really an enjoyable read. Thank you for the ARC, it was a pleasure to read.

Action packed brilliance!
I was provided this book in exchange for an honest review. Although EVERY review I write is honest, good or bad.
Once again I am blown away by the talent of Nora Flite! This time I got the added bonus of finding a new to me author Adair Rymer!
From the very beginning as soon as we meet Ronin we know he one bad ass dude. His whole world is centered around being a nomad in the Steel Veins MC. Wild and reckless, hes just in it for the thrill, and a thrill is what he gives us! Innocent and yet determined Flora is the perfect match for him. Well written characters and the action packed plot make this a fun easy read!

I frikkin loved this book! It sucked me in straight from the beginning and forced me to live in the world it created. I adored Ronin. I found him hilarious and I adored his protective streak, such as dragging her from a brothel, saving her from Roach, hijacking a dump truck to storm the palace... it's heart-melting. I also liked Flora a great deal, I admired her determination to find her sister, no matter the cost to herself. I finished this book in less than a day, I couldn't put it down. I very highly recommend the awesomeness that is this book. <3

I read an advanced copy of this book for an honest review. It was a very action packed filles book. Ronin is a nomad in a motorcycle club who has a bounty on his head for saving Flora from getting sold to some human traffickers. However Flora is searching for her sister Claudine who may have been sold already. Hence, the start of Ronin helping Flora search for her sister who they think is in Miami. A romance develops between these two and it is hot! Love them together. They go through many crazy situations and fall deeper in with each other. I'm hoping Claudine gets her own book!!! Read it in one sitting as I couldn't wait to see what happened.

The combination of these 2 authors, Nora Flite and Adair Rymer absolutely tore the pages up for me. Outlaw Road has a hot biker with lots of baggage, a hell bent for leather sweet gal kidnapped while trying to find her missing sister, MC clubs at loggerheads, human trafficking, and yes, even romance. ;) This book was a great ride, I loved every minute of it.. Bring on the next one ladies..

I was given this book for an honest review. This book was awesome as always. I love the Steel Veins MC. I enjoyed this book, I highly recommend it. It was humorous and well written. Ronin is a bad ass nomadic and Flora is a desperate girl in need. Together they are perfect will they find a happily ever after? Well go grab this book and find out!!!!

Ahhhh, Nora Flite, you did it again!!!! I really enjoyed this one, best so far... love all your books I've read, but really enjoyed this one. Ronin was such a badass but a sweetheart to boot & Flora was so strong. Very likeable H&H. Loved loved loved the Alligator part, I got tickled with Ronin's take LOL!!! Thank you for a great read.

I have always loved Nora Flite's writing style. It is just edgy enough that I keep coming back for more. This is one of the few stand alone novels from her. This one is wonderful. I loved the darkness to it. Everything isn't roses and sunshine. This one held my attention from start to finish. The characters are multi-layered, colorful, and believable. This is another great read by a great author.
Ronin is a nomad in a biker club. After an incident in the military, he has found his place with the group. He is an enforcer, taking care of problems and has been called in to add back up for another member when they have to meet with a rival gang. But Ronin's pride gets in the way and he soon finds himself in a world of hurt after he tries to help one woman who has caught his attention. Things go from bad to worse when his club makes a big decision about his future.
Flora has exhausted every lead she can think of when trying to find her sister. As a last ditch effort, she heads to her sister's boyfriend's place. This proves to be the beginning of her nightmare. When she thinks she is close, her world changes on a dime. And what she thinks is bad luck, may turn out to be the one thing that saves her life.
This book has tons of twists and turns that will have you dying to read the whole book. It is a great story about two unlikely people coming together to find someone. Ronin proves to be much more than a thug, and Flora proves that courage comes in all shapes and sizes. This isn't a Disney love story, but there is a romance in the making. If you like your books with a little less rainbows, this is the book to grab. What a ride!!!
Flora just knocked me off my seat with her courage and love for her sister. she was determined to find and save her, she was all Flora had left.
Now Ronin, what a hellion he is. he seems to not care about anything anymore. he lives for the adrenaline rush it seems but when he sees Flora he knows he has to save her - so he sets out to win her in a poker game thinking she needs his help. unbeknownst to him, she doesn't want to be saved, she just needs to find her sister and she's almost there when he wins her and tells her to go home. he doesn't believe that she is saving her sister...
the rest of the book is just one helluva ride! I enjoyed this story immensely. waiting to see what would happen next and how or if they would get out of it was just intense. I sat on the edge of my seat sometimes holding my breath
