Lust and betrayal, double-cross, kidnap and murder drag both sisters into the crossfire. However hard they struggle to be free, their mother's past in the biker world rears up to haul them back in and ever deeper.
What will the two innocent daughgters have to endure, and what dark secrets from their mother's past have set this wrecking ball swinging?
This unique volume has three smoking standalone stories. Each featuring a different couple, each with its own conclusion, and each an intricately woven part of this red-hot biker family saga.
These were ok but a couple of days later, I pretty much remember nothing about these shorts which I think tells a story, that they didn't keep my attention.
1. Felt Rushed. 2. The writing was severely lacking commitment. 3. Bad editing. 4. Flat characters. 5. Took me forever to finish because it couldn't hold my attention. 6. The storyline felt fake.
I strongly believe that every author deserves an honest review and that we, as readers, should respect the fact that they create these stories, for us to be a part of, and I usually find at least one good thing in every book I read but this one gave me a hard time. So here are the thing I like.
1. The cover.
It's a hot cover, love the coloring. The rest, I am sad to say did nothing for me.
This book has three parts of the story. Each one leaving me wanting more of Tiffany, Jesska, and Jackson's part. The only confusion is Tiffany and Jesska are with two different MC's but which one is Jacksons dad a part of?! Off to see if there is a second book. :)
Thinking about my rating - excellent writing, three story lines that are intriguing, but ended in a hell of an unexpected cliffhanger and that pisses me off!!! To be continued...
