MFMM historical paranormal romance. Delilah's stepfather hires a small troupe of highwaymen to protect his smuggling venture, and throws Delilah in as part of the deal. She was unhappy ta home but is even unhappier to be living in a ramshackle manor with no bed or food and three strangers (even if they're hot).

I like the PNR premise for this series - the werewolves are consent king Robin Hoods whose shared mate can provide them with the power of the Moon. I did find myself wishing for a little more character consistency at times (Delilah is desperate to escape yet has no idea where she'll go; the werewolves force Delilah to cook but when they meet another werewolf polycule the human woman is all "they just looove to take care of their mate's needs" and as proof gets a gourmet meal cooked by one of her wolves). (I am very food motivated so this especially struck me, apparently.)

But the sex was hot and the politics are fun so let's be 100% honest, I'll keep reading these as long as Leigh writes them.

This objective review is based on a complimentary copy of the novel.

I had a fun time reading this. Honestly, it's an entertaining novella and if you like Regency-era settings mixed with paranormal/shifter elements, reverse harem (they belong to her) and a steamy, fast-paced read, then you will enjoy this.

Delilah's step-father literally throws her out of a carriage to complete the "agreement" between 3 highwaymen (our werewolf shifters). Delilah is to become sort of the woman of the house. Care for them, cook for them (which she knows none of how to do 😄)...and take part in some carnal delights if she so chooses, but of course they will leave that up to her.

Come to find out, Delilah carries some rare moon energy making her the perfect fit for her werewolves who only shift during a full moon...but this moon energy causes them to shift when she harnesses some of it near them.

It's fun, it's steamy, there's spice scenes when they're all in their human forms and there's spice scenes when the 3 werewolves are shifted and yes, there's knotting and yes, she takes them all and at the same time. And if you love a curveball thrown at you here and there with monster romances, then you will want to cozy up with this one by a fire.

Thank you Happily Booked PR and Eva Leigh for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for my honest review which is also posted on fable, storygraph and bookbub. Happy reading!

If you enjoy paranormal romance, werewolves, plenty of steam and a little bit of danger, then this one is definitely worth picking up.

Delilah finds herself in a rather unexpected situation when she’s handed over to a pack of werewolf highwaymen in exchange for protection for her stepfather’s smuggling business. Understandably, she’s not exactly thrilled with the arrangement and has absolutely no intention of becoming anyone’s wife or looking after a bunch of unruly men!

But things get interesting when she starts getting to know the three very different wolves. Tristan, Bastien and Alec each have their own personalities and appeal, and I loved the different dynamics between them and Delilah. There’s plenty of chemistry, tension and some seriously steamy moments along the way.

I also enjoyed watching Delilah find her feet in a world she never expected to be part of. She’s got plenty of spirit and isn’t afraid to stand her ground, which makes her a fun character to follow. Add in betrayal, danger and a growing bond between the characters, and there’s enough going on to keep the pages turning.

It’s a fun, spicy paranormal why-choose romance with an interesting cast of characters and plenty of supernatural adventure. Another enjoyable addition to the Den of Thieves series, and one I’d recommend to anyone who loves their romance with a healthy dose of werewolves and steam!

Sold to the Werewolf Highwaymen by Eva Leigh was a fun, spicy paranormal romance! Delilah is a spirited heroine who finds herself thrown into the world of three very different werewolf highwaymen. Tristan, Bastien, and Alec each have their own irresistible personalities, and the chemistry between them made this why-choose romance especially entertaining. I loved the combination of rugged highwaymen, supernatural danger, romantic tension, and a heroine who isn't afraid to stand up for herself. The story promises plenty of passion, adventure, and twists as Delilah and her wolves face betrayal and fight for their future together. Overall, Sold to the Werewolf Highwaymen is a deliciously entertaining paranormal romance!

I received an ARC copy from Happily Booked PR. Thank you for giving me the chance to read this novel and share my honest review of the novel

The finale in Eva Leigh’s Werewolf Highwaymen novels is in my opinion the strongest of the bunch. The encounters between Delilah and the highwaymen feel genuine, and Leigh takes the time to build their relationships individually and create connection. There are quite a few moments of “romance reasons” but I think in a fantasy like this one it’s to be expected. Lots of fun and the spice spicy!

WOW!! I’m so impressed with what @evaleighauthor came up with in this book, and I NEED to pick up more from her backlist ASAP!

Sold to the Werewolf Highwaymen is a steamy, why choose (MFMM), forced proximity, Beauty & the Beast meets Poldark-esque romance between Delilah, Tristan, Bastien, and Alec.

I loved that Delilah isn’t someone who will shrink away when her back’s up against the wall. She’s always thinking, always observing, trying to figure out what her next step needs to be in order to survive. And that included getting to know these men she suddenly finds herself alone with. The more time she spends with them, the more she gives herself permission to be brave, and fearless, and cunning. But she also gives herself permission to love them all, unconditionally, trusting them to show her what love is supposed to feel like.

Tristan, Bastien, and Alec all have personalities that really balance each other out. Their camaraderie is fun and endearing, and they truly value the connections that they have. I really loved the Robin Hood vibes they gave, they all have such big hearts, and they definitely love to show that to Delilah. They still have their differences and disagreements, but at the end of the day, they never forget that they’re a family. And they will always protect their family, no matter what, including the communities they give back to and protect.

Thank you so much to Eva and @happilybookedpr for my ARC! This was such a fun read, and I will absolutely be reading more from this series.

Be sure to check out the previous two books in the series, and grab this beauty up on November 4th.

Another Why Choose werewolf highwaymen erotica from Eva Leigh is out today! This one starts a little differently when Delilah’s stepfather sells her off to three werewolf highwaymen in an attempt to keep his smuggled goods from being discovered. I liked how each of the men felt like they had a really distinct relationship with Delilah: the childhood friend, the rakish Frenchmen, and the surly antagonist.

Delilah experiences a lot of growth in this, starting as a bit of a privileged lady-in-training with not many survival skills. But the wolves teach her to make a fire and force her to cook, building confidence she didn’t have before which eventually makes it so that she feels open with their affections. She’s also been reading that smutty lit since she was in school, so it doesn’t take long for her to imagine the possibilities.

A horny, action-packed, delight of a time! Eva always knows how to deliver really well built sexy tension and this might be my fave of her werewolf highwaymen series. I feel like she really nailed the distinct individual nature of Tristan, Bastian, and Alec so that their respective relationships with Delilah felt unique, but balanced.

Thank you to the author for the eARC.

Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

Sold to the Werewolvf Highwaymen is the thirst book in the Den of Thieves series of interconnect standalones.

The story is pretty simple and straightforward. It opens right away with the MCs meeting, without much context or background. I haven't read the previous books, and I wouldn't consider it necessary since side characters from the other stories are just briefly present. I wonder, however, is the world building was developed before, since there was nothing here.

I had trouble connecting with the story. The FMC is maybe a parody of the late 1700s upper class, but the whole 'I was raised a lady, not for this' persona got old fast. And when you take that out, what's left is basically werefolf erotica with a semblance of plot.

Overall, it was a fast read, with plenty of spice, barely sketched characters and an overall plot that was laking in depth and scope. It gets a point for givingfreedom of choice to a woman that never had it, but little else is worthy of notice.

Oh, this short novella was so good. It combined plot, character development and spice.
As the name indicate, Delilah’s stepfather sells her to a trio of highwaymen in exchange of protection to continue to do shady business. These highwaymen also happen to be werewolves who are widely attracted to her.

What a fine state of affairs this was, to be trapped in a castle with three highwaymen—werewolf highwaymen—who seemed to be as fascinated by her as she was with them. A situation that could not lead anywhere good.

I won’t say much because this novel is best enjoyed without knowing too much. Do read it expecting for it to be spicy and for them to have sex in both of their forms. This is why choose novella.

her arms over her chest, “I’m moved about on the chessboard. Merely a pawn.” “Some would see you as a pawn,” Bastien said, “but others know you to be a queen.”

They can be read in any order but the main characters from book 1 show up, so read that one first.

This why choose, regency paranormal shifter romance was highly enjoyable. Well-bred Delilah Morgan is traded/given to a pack of supernatural werewolf highwaymen in exchange for protection on her stepfather's smuggling runs. She fights them every step of the way, only to fall for the trio of unlikely heroes. I love the dynamic between the three, with Delilah learning how to survive and thrive with her bad boys. Delilah evolving from a pampered society princess to a capable kick butt heroine was a great development, as well as the support she receives from each of her paramours. Each man provides her with the key to unlock her potential. The fated mates angle is fun - always a must read trope for me - and I liked the insta-lust option with Bastien, the middle of the road option Tristan and how Alec fought his attraction but gave her his support in the end.

A fun why choose paranormal read!

The third book in this series gives all the things you want. If you’ve read the previous two books you know the idea, and this one serves it to you but more. It can still definitely be read as a stand alone, but who doesn’t love a cameo from previous characters?! This time around our heroine was raised to be a lady but has never possessed the wealth or luck to pull it off. Her stepfather sells her to a band of highwaymen who are more than they seem, but it turns out, so is she. What I loved about this book was how Delilah becomes aware of all she wasn’t taught. It sharpens her view of society around her, and clarifies what she wants and deserves from her life. She learns she is capable and can reach beyond her ‘training,’ especially when she is surrounded by people who have her best interest at heart.

Just as the title indicated, Delilah’s stepfather shoves her out of a carriage in the middle of the night, because he made a bargain with a gang of highwaymen who are also, yes, werewolves. At first she’s understandably angry to be taken off to their lair/castle, but it turns out there’s more to the situation than she realized. Plus…they’re really hot. All three of them. And they all seem to be into her.

This was a fun read. It’s part of a series but works fine as a standalone.

Thanks to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for the ARC to review. All opinions are my own.

Whilst I hadn’t read the first two in this series, I didn’t need to.
Great novella. Well written, third person. Fun, adventurous, spicy and kept me interested the whole way through.
Why choose with three handsome men and an independent woman in a time when women were to be taught to be seen (sometimes) and never heard.

Enjoyed very much, and recommend if you’re after a short fun spicy read between bigger novels. I read it on a day (goodreads wouldn’t let me select start and end date the same for some reason)

I have no notes! This was a fun, fast-paced why choose werewolf romance set in the 18th century with a captor/captive dynamic. This was my first werewolf romance so when she’s taking 3 wolves at the same time, it was a bit jarring (in the best way)! A 5 star vibes read for sure and I was able to knock it out in a little over 2 hours.

WARNING: don’t start this if you don’t have the time to finish it in one setting because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to put down!

Eva Leigh knows what we want. Sexy werewolves who fuck.

I love the premise of this third one especially because the heroine is a damsel sold to a gang of highwaymen by her evil stepfather, and not to trauma dump, but I had a shitty stepdad too, so we could potentially bond over that. Also love when one of the males doesn't want to get on board but he's obviously down bad. Makes the moment he caves so sweet.

My plea is for Leigh to write more of these because they scratch a particular itch in just the right way.

Delilah was sold by her step father. Her entire life she was passed around and sent off. Then she was sold to the werewolves. She was miserable at first. They however, didn’t treat her like she was a property or had little value. They taught her she could speak her mind and be independent. Then her stepfather tries to take her back. This is a why choose story of love and caring between 4 people who learned to accept each other as they are and found real meaningful love. This was a great book! Thank you to the author and Happily Booked PR for my ARC of this book.

I’m declaring 2026 the year of the werewolf! And Eva Leigh the speaker of the house! All three books in the Den of Thieves series are fun and ridiculously sexy, but I think Sold to the Werewolf Highwaymen is the comedy queen of the bunch. I laughed out loud multiple times while reading it, because Delilah is fed up with everything and doesn’t take any shit from Tristan, Bastien, and Alec. Honestly, this was the perfect read to get me through the stress of the last few days 🥵 I’m begging for a hundred more books in the series 🥺🙏

This was my first read of Eva Leigh. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was sure what to expect but this book was very well written and I really enjoyed the writing style and well as the story line.

I am looking forward to reading more of Eva Leigh’s work.

This is the typical evil stepfather but I really enjoyed the story.
She overcomes the obstacles that she faces, such as starting a fire and cooking for herself.
Even though she was sold to the Werewomf Highqaymen - she definitely got the best part of the deal.
3 werewolves ro call hers and they call her theirs.
Spice & a little sass

This was unexpectedly fun! Even though it was book 3, you don’t have to read it in order. I throughly enjoyed it. It was a quick read with forced proximity, why choose and Beauty and the Beast vibes. If you want a steamy good time, pick this one up! It starts with the FMC getting thrown out of her carriage and the werewolves carrying her off to their castle… I mean… yes please!

I thoroughly enjoyed the first two books in this series, but this MFMM was unfortunately a miss for me. I was missing the care from the men in this one, Delilah was brought into a completely empty room and then left to fend for herself virtually right until the end.

A decent short read. A noble lady is sold by her evil stepfather to a pack of werewolf highwaymen and though at first she is upset, she can’t deny the attraction she feels to each of them. Eventually they all get together and kill her stepfather and the men hunting werewolves, and they live happily ever after.

This was an enjoyable read. The FMC is a well to do woman who is sold to three highwaymen by her stepfather. However, there is more to them than there appears to be at first. She tries to fight the budding attraction she feels for them. I did enjoy the growth Delilah shows throughout the story. I also enjoyed the fated mates aspect of this book.

Delilah is sold to the 3 highwaymen by her stepfather. These 3 men turn out to be werewolves. She feels an attraction/pull towards these men but hate that she didn't have a choice and was traded without care. Slowly she is learning more about them and how she feels for each.
