You found me! You’re probably wondering who am I. I’ll tell you. I’m Josh. I spent a long time splitting my life between healthcare and security. I’ve worked in addictions, mental health, and community nursing. Eventually I found myself going back to school and achieving an Honours Degree in History at Queen’s University. What do you do with an Honour’s Degree? Well You teach history of course. I’ve worked in museums, historic sites and anywhere else, capturing the interests of anyone who will listen. Finally I found my way into the school boards where I teach the young of my community about the joys of history. When I’m not teaching I spend my summers at historical sites patching up tourists that happen to get hurt or have medical issues. It keeps me sharp.
What do I do when I’m not working? I like to keep my hands busy, reclaimed palette wood is a great medium to practice your woodworking skills. Someday I’ll build that Log Cabin in the woods where my wife and our young Corgi can settle down.
