"Is the Future Set in Stone? May 31, 2015
I am a huge fan of Vivian Wood and I am so sad to see the end of the Berserker brothers, I have really enjoyed the whole series which can be read as stand alones, but would definitely recommend that they all be read as they are all really good."
"Wish there was more. May 19, 2015
I've read the entire series and enjoyed them all. I always thought Wyatt was a ass but I'm glad this book resolved all his issues and explained why he acted the way he did. I loved the chemistry between both Wyatt and Lucy. I'm sorry to see the series ending."
"Finally! May 16, 2015
Omg!! It was worth the wait! I almost cried at the end when i thought it was over for Wyatt . This was an excellent finish to this series. I loved all the Beran brother but this story and Finn's was the best to me.
An okay read but probably not one I will read again. Half of these brothers are unlikeable manwhores. The other half are okay but their casual attitude to women is a turn off for me. Drunken one-night stands. Also, the amount of drunkenness throughout is really weird, especially in a shifter story. This really needed to be proof read as there are quite a few spelling errors and also with things that happen. JOSIAH’S COMMAND Wow, this dad is not mucking around. Find mates within a year or else. Didn’t like the way two of the brothers were portrayed with their d**ks out at the start. LUKE’S OBSESSION Liked Luke, the returned soldier who is struggling to adapt. Luke and Aubrey had a couple of days together 2 years previously before Luke had to ship out with his unit. His interaction with Aubrey and the shelter is lovely. He at least knew she was someone he wanted to reconnect with. Sad about what happened in the past too. NOAH’S REVELATION Definitely one of the nicer brothers though he was a bit self-centred to start. Loved this story with the young man Max. My only gripe was why have a ménage if they were not staying together. Will make for strange family gatherings in the future. GAVIN’S SALVATION Seems one of the better brothers. Felt sorry for all Faith had been through with her cultish clan but boy did she come out guns blazing in the end. Really sorry nothing was done about that clan. CAMERON’S REDEMPTION Dislike manwhores as heroes. Cameron really is a piece of work, a complete idiot as well. Didn’t like him apart from when he stood up to Alex’s father. Also, this story has a major plot flaw in it. In chapter 12 Alex’s brother Gregor knows she is pregnant at her apartment but then later on in chapter 15 they meet in a restaurant to tell him he is going to be an uncle. Should have been picked up by beta readers. In this one Wyatt the brother is really a distasteful person. FINN’S CONVICTION Wasn’t sure I was going to care about Finn but he surprised me. The mix up between these two and their believing the other is on love with someone else was pure farce. Though there was an interesting twist with Wyatt at the end, I still don’t like him for his actions. He could have done things better. I believe the author has thrown this in to make it plausible to give Wyatt some poor woman as a mate. WYATT’S RSOLUTION Whilst I understood what Wyatt had done for his brothers that still doesn’t excuse him trying to have sex with other women once he knew he had a mate. The crux when it happened was a bit stupid to me. Lucy didn’t listen to Wyatt, wearing the red sweater, kept pushing Wyatt to do things he didn’t want to - stopping to get wine. Gee, guess what happens, bad guy is there and does his thing attacking Wyatt. Lucy has a gun in her purse but doesn’t get it out at first, waits till Wyatt has been beaten and stabbed. Total stupidity and we get no resolution with the stalker-madman. JOSIAH’S CONCLUSION Sad ending but also very sweet. Josiah gets his way once again. Not quite sure the cover fits the character though.
I love reading sagas where you get a little more into the lives of the characters of the book before. This author did a great job of that . After the first book I knew I had to read the series straight through, and I did. The characters were well rounded and I fell in love with all of the brothers. The reason I didn't give the book a five is because I didn't like the way each book ended. Some of them left me turning the page for the ending and finding myself starting a new book. I would go back and re-read to see if I missed something. It would have only been a few more pages to give the book a tidy ending. I will follow this author she is great!
I really enjoyed this series of books, it was great reading them all together as one. This a first for me with Vivian Woods so I will definitely be looking for more of her work. I liked the way her stories developed, I liked the characters, I loved the tall dark sexy, dominate alpha men, there poor mother !!!!! I loved that the women where fiery independent, curvaceous, I loved that attraction but the men had to prove them selves. I especially loved the last book that ties every thing together I cried, I laughed, and all the other emotions that go with a great story.
I enjoyed the series but would have liked more follow through on some of the stories. They seemed to just stop after the couple decides to be mated. It kind of felt like something was missing. At the end of the series I wanted to know who ended up as the Alpha. Maybe I just missed that part... not sure.
Overall each story had a good plot, decent editing although I saw some errors but they were negligible, and I liked that the characters showed up in each other's stories to some degree.
The alpha has spoken. All sons of Josiah Beran must find mates within one calendar year or be permanently and totally cut off from the clan and all clans in the US.
This is the complete series (including the prequel) of Luke, Noah, Gavin, Cameron, Fin, & Wyatt.

Each reader will have their favorite of the shifters though I've always been partial to the bad boys so Wyatt's story capped off my enjoyment of the big bad alpha bears getting taken down one by one.
This was a long read but it included all six of the single installments books in one.
Yes these books were short/novellas but they weren't rushed like I see most novellas that I come across. They were GREAT! I love that I was able to read them all at once, that really helped me. And Wyatt was undoubtedly my favorite. He loved his family & did what he thought was right. Unconventionally, but hey who's perfect? The end may have been sad but it was also refreshingly beautiful.
There were some inconsistencies and a few pronoun kiss especially, but overall this was a very enjoyable series. If you like hot, hot, hot werebears and curvy independent women, then you will love this series. There was danger, action and struggles for every couple.
Love love love this series !! Red Lodge Bears is so worth reading and oh yes to reread also ! For me instead of buying each book I did buy the series set and the way the sons were told to find mates or else had them all feeling so many different things some looking forward to finding a mate to not ever wanting to find The One .
Amazingly written. When I started reading this book I found it terribly hard to set it down, until I finished it. The story lines were excellent. One minute it has you laughing, suspenseful, joyful then crying. Vivian it all was written superb, love all of your works I have read. Thank you for being so talented.
This series had a little bit of everything. Romance, adventure, and even some mystery, especially in the last book, and of course 6 hot bear brothers. I enjoyed every brother's story about how they found their mate.
Amazing stories. Red Lodge Bears of Alpha Bears and Brides exhibit the complexity of the clan at it's finest moments. Characters and situations are all intertwined with love and respect of the family dynamics as each brother and their mates search to define their place in the world.
Loved all of the brothers. Wyatt pisses me off most of the time but finally getting to his book it all makes sense. I laughed and cried through out these books. Happy to have read them in a complete collections because I would have gotten side tracked. A great collection.
This is a series of books about 6 brothers finding their mates. The books were short but each had a shirt mystery in it. Overall they were great stories.
I really enjoyed reading the stories about Luke & Aubrey, Noah & Charlotte, Gavin & Faith, Cameron & Alexandra, Finn & Nora and Wyatt & Lucy. I also enjoy reading any of Vivian Wood books.
