Novel Suspects is the second book in the Umbrella Mysteries series by Morgana Best.

I really enjoyed the first book in the series The Final Chapter: English Village Cozy Mystery.

Soggy Bottom Hollow is such a quaint village in England. I love the small town.

A developer wants to destroy Milliner's lane, and the townspeople are not happy.

When he dies right in the middle of the town meeting, Harriet decides to investigate.

I love the characters, and Lord Allistair Thorne is such a quirky character that I really enjoy reading.

Looking forward to the next book in the series.

What another fun book in the series!! I have loved every book I've read written by this author and this one is no different. Harriet and the gang at the castle get involved in another murder and take us, the readers, along with them. And, there's a little romance in the air. If you love cozy mysteries, you will love the Umbrella Mysteries series. As of this date, there is only one more book in the series. Please Ms. Best, don't let it end there. I was given an ARC by the author for my honest review and this is it.
