I think this book gets low ratings because the prose is a little wonky; as if the author speaks English as a second language. Perhaps it just needed a good editor. I wasn't reading it for the prose.

This book helped me understand that a lack of protein in my diet was causing me a lot of problems. So, I ate some protein and felt great. I feel I can tackle this IF thing and have success. I would have given it 5 stars if it was more informative.

Good for fresh starters because it explains with simple words. Covers different methods, pros, cons and some other relevant topics
