Not everyone gets a happy ending – After finding love and surviving a brutal Vampire attack, Brianna Morgan thought hers had finally come. But when she discovers she’s expecting, Brianna’s blind-sided by Cameron’s callous behavior and never imagined she would find herself seeking protection from Elaina with another man. In the midst of winter, Brianna faces losing everyone she’s ever loved and the family she’s always wanted if she can’t see the enemy among them.

>Book Review – A Blinding Winter >I am an independent reviewer. This book is the 2nd in the Blood Bourne series and ends with an HEA, kinda. This book makes you hate Cameron, at first. His shows his stupid when he lets himself get tricked by Nikki. Brianna runs and Cameron sends Aiden to look after her. Brianna endures unthinkable tragedy while staying with her grandpa. The theme of this book is “things are not what they seem” and boy is that the truth. The first half of the book shows what Brianna thinks is going on, while the last half of the book shows the truth. > Brianna is pregnant now and has very disturbing dreams about Elaina and Jaz. Setting herself up as bait causes an early labor and the biggest surprise of all. A misunderstanding keeps Brianna and Cameron from acting loving towards each other for most of the book, which is understandable, though annoying. >The scenes with Cameron and his babies are so special. His grief and love are so strong. I love the entire journey of this story. Each book in the series has so much going on and includes an exciting battle. This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 5 stars. Nothing to do with book content, but the covers for this series are stunning.
