Trivial, oversimplified, stereotypical, blah

What I’d like to remember:
- I’m was going to do 2 stars but I really think It’s like 1.5 stars. So I left it at 1. The only idea that I’d like to remember is that we always need to be careful with how we interact with our children, because this sets the tone for what is acceptable from others in the world (if you tell yell to them, they will accept this from others, not just from their parents).
- The book is basically felt to me like reading a long cosmo article, prescribing the solution to everything in a few easy/quick/basic/secret/magic steps.
- Cites a lot of magazine articles.
- started with the idea of how to fight with Gender disappointment.
- condescending (“because guys like you and me want to be (or are) a great father”

Thumbs up.

Good quick read. Nothing really new or ground breaking in it, but its good to go back and reread just as a checkup for your own attitude and behavior.

Practical advice

Easy to read. Wonderful and filled with simple, practical advice to build a strong relation with your daughter. Though most may seem common sense, not many are realistically followed. Just make sure you don't diverge from the suggested principles and you'd foster a beautiful and confident daughter!
