Rate this book
The world sees fame. They see platinum records. Sold-out arenas. Private jets. Luxury. Power. What they don't see... is the contract. For over 150 years, an ancient debt has been waiting to be paid. And now, under the bright lights of superstardom, the final signature is due. T. Fisher was raised by his mother along with his two brothers in Richmond CA. She was a constant inspiration with a quote that sill resinates to this day. "You don't try... You make attempts and then you do it! So don't tell me yo tried" Yo... Mama, I did it!

First, I just wanna say how much I really love the cover of this book! WOW! This was an engaging story about ambition, identity, and the price of success. It explores the complexities of ambition, personal relationships, and the desire to be seen and appreciated. I enjoyed how the story examines the difference between outward success and personal fulfillment.

This book is good. It is an exciting story that mixes music, success, family, and the supernatural. I like the concept that fame and wealth may come with a hidden cost. The ancient debt adds mystery and makes me curious about what happens when T. Fisher discovers the truth behind his success. I also really liked his mother’s message about not just trying, but actually doing what you set your mind to achieve.
