Memory is the ability to recall occurrences, information, places, people and things from the past, and according to research we lose approximately 5% of that ability with each passing decade.
But memory loss is not an inevitable part of aging. The brain is capable of producing new brain cells at any age because just like any other muscle, if you use it you won’t lose it.
You don’t have to get older to experience memory loss. Like I said before If you don’t use your brain you will lose it’s power, so you want to make sure you regularly train your brain.
