If you do not know what Scrum is or you would like to become more familiar with the concept, this is definitely the book to read. It starts off by detailing what Scrum is and explains the methodologies behind it. It tells you why Scrum is the most efficient methodologies being used in development and lists benefits of using, it as well. The author goes over both the concept and the steps for actually executing the process. His writing is clear and well organized and provides a lot of information. I would definitely recommend checking this book out!
