There are lollipops and rainbows and even a mean butterfly that changes her ways.There are some colorful illustrations that accompany the text. More importantly, this book is about overcoming fear with the help of friends.I thought it was really cute and there are plenty of teaching moments in the short book. A couple that come to mind concern the Zebra having squares and the hippo climbing a palm tree.Most highly recommended. In a faraway land, beyond the seas, beyond high mountains, lived very unusual animals. The hippopotamus that roamed the magic land could climb the palm trees so quickly that even the monkeys were jealous.The giraffes were excellent swimmers and liked to play with the fish in the crystal clear lake.Also, there was the chameleon who sang beautifully, especially in the morning; and all zebras living in the magic forest were covered with squares instead of stripes.One of the strangest animals that lived in this magical forest were the tiny flying dinosaurs. All day long, they had fun flying around the forest, and at night, they usually slept inside the big, beautiful flowers that grew everywhere. Among the hundreds of flying dinosaurs was one named Max. When he was very little and lived with his parents, he found a bunch of colorful balloons that were brought to the magic forest from the outside world by a strong wind....
