Hardly ground-breaking.

In summary: Make lists. Switch off social media. Reward yourself with cake. Make it fun - arrange a karaoke night with colleagues! Absolutely not.

A good book filled with helpful hints with a view to stopping procrastination. I think the only problem is that it doesn't show you how to incorporate these excellent ideas into your daily routine. If you're a procrastinator like myself, it can make you feel defeated before you start. Nevertheless, even if one of those ideas are taken up, it is a start.

And I have read it again after a rather tumultuous time at home, mainly to remind me of those helpful hints. I was struck the second time around by how thoughtful those hints were. The other reminder was that you have a choice as to whether to pick up those hints and run with them - or not. I think I'll bow to the former.
