Previously used and now revisiting as a support in current work; a good tool for working with couples who want to learn the art of restructuring frustrations into healthy behavioral requests and work at real change in their relationship. The practitioner is benefited by the user-friendly, six-session format that is laid out clearly and cogently and the potential for immediate application and plan for reinforcement.
