A quick, steamy read with a happily ever after. Grammatical errors kept me from giving this a 5-Star rating.

Side note, what’s the deal with books riddled with grammatical errors? Aren’t these books checked by an editor prior to print? Errors such as these take away from the story because I have to figure out what the author meant to say. Maybe it’s just me...

I received this book as an ARC from the author in return for an honest review. I loved this book. First, the story is all in this book from beginning to end without a cliffhanger at the end. Second, it is a great book. Alston is a billionaire that has been providing for Bryce since she lost her mother when she was a small child. Now though, she is no longer that small child. She is a grown woman that just turned 21 years old. As usual, Marie Carney provides us with a pleasurable book to read. It gives us a light version of BDSM. It is a story of love, sex, romance, games, play time, and humor. I loved the parts with the diamond necklace and the mirror and the Aston Martin. I like a feisty female. My favorite character though is Malcolm. He really made another dimension of the story. I highly recommend this book, especially if you enjoy a lighter BDSM.

This was a quick and fun read. There's an age gap and image that Alston needs to get over, but that's really the only issue between the two. The sex is pretty hot and Bryce is exactly what he wants and needs. Once they are both on the same page (and agree to stay there) you just know that this is going to be it for both of them. This is like the perfect sorbet between novels. It'd not too heavy and cleanses the pallet. I look forward to reading more from Marie.

A charming story with drama, sexiness, and love!

I am always thrilled with a book by Marie Carnay and this one completely lived up to the high expectations that I have for her! It was such a great story! I always love the HOT and STEAMY scenes, of course, but I love the story and romance just as much. Excellent book and I highly recommend it!
