Pretty sure there were half dozen plot twists in what I thought was going to be a simple Italian romance. This was very suspenseful but at times I was pretty upset with the h in the story by how rude she was to her family and to Daniel. I think by time us, as readers finally got enough clues to how close her family was to Ryan I was nearly going to quit the book as she seemed psycho by how mean she was.....timing, my author friends. I stuck through because Daniel did.

So for the timing issue (annoying but explained eventually) I took a star. It's also hard to believe so many people took Ryan's side as he was clearly nuts.

Entertaining!!!

Sophia is a young American woman just looking to find her happy place. She Moved to Italy in hopes that this would be it for her. She seems to have found everything she is looking for. She has a great little place, a wonderful job, and peace of mind. Till one day she meets Daniel. Sophia wasn’t looking to fall in love, but when it happens she won’t turn it down.

The problem is Sophia is running from her past. Her own mother doesn’t believe what happened, why anyone else would. Unfortunately for Sophia, her best friend has been keeping secrets. And her boyfriend is hiding his own. What will happen when Sophia is confronted with everything? Will she still be able to trust, or will she run some more.

I loved the twists and turns of this book. I couldn’t wait to see how it would end. I did feel parts of it were a little drawn out, but overall I enjoyed the book.

Looks can be deceiving~

What happens when your own mother doesn't believe the atrocities you have survived actually happened? You run away and establish yourself in another country~

Falling in love wasn't on Sophia's agenda and she is terrified her past will jeopardize her present and future. Unbeknownst to Sophia, her present is being controlled and manipulated by her past. Everything she has achieved is a lie. Her best friend has secrets that directly affect Sophia. Her present love interest is involved and she knows nothing about it.

This isn't your typical go to a new country and fall in love story. Twists and turns at every corner ~

For the most part it was a really good read. There are a few things that didn't make sense, a couple gaps that left me wondering how? Aside from that it was well written, and pretty romantic. I will definitely read more of her books in the future.

It started out crazy I felt like chunks of different pieces were thrown together. Later, the book seemed like parts were missing and made no sense but then close towards the end it got somewhat better but not enough.

This is my first experience reading a book by Ava Danielle and Love Made in Italy solidified my ideals of true love.
Sophia Chadwell has a deep, dark past and runs to the beautiful city of Sorrento, Italy. There, she has made a safe and pretty life for herself. She has a job she loves and a beautiful song to serenade her every night. Despite a seemingly perfect life, she feels the loneliness of being in such a romantic city alone.
Daniel Keller is a college student that meets Sophia on the streets of Italyand they have a short whirlwind romance.
Forced back home, Sophia's past and present collide, starting this amazing adventure.
Love Made in Italy, is a roller-coaster of drama and emotion. It will have you looking over your shoulder and questioning your beliefs. If you love a good story that will keep you guessing and a happy ending, this is for you. This book will leave you feeling happy and believing that love does indeed conquer all.

LOVE MADE IN ITALY
by Ava Danielle

This was the first book i have read from this author so i wasn't sure what to expect. Loved it you really get to feel Italy from the picture she paints you feel the frustration and strength that Sophia has to have to deal with all that has been thrown at her and you get the sweetness and protectiveness of daniel as he falls for Sophia. You will enjoy the mystery and turns she puts in Sophia and Daniels journey. Will definitely be looking forward to reading more from this author.

What a beautiful love story! Sophia was a woman just trying to forget her past and move on with her future. Daniel was there to protect her and get the man who hurt her arrested. Never did they both realize that it would be the beginning of a wonderful life together. I loved their story. This is a book I would absolutely love to everyone.

Sophia is just starting to feel free in her new life in Italy. She is a nanny to a little family and a single, carefree woman. Then she meets Daniel and their time spent together is idealic and she is learning to love again. Then her ex finds her and her life is upended in a way she never thought it could be. She will find out information that will change the way that she looks at her life. She will become lost and need to find direction in her life. What will become of the journey that she must follow? Good book.

Sophia is enjoying life in Italy... she has a job as a nanny... an apartment that even though its falling apart she can still call it hers... the only thing missing is finding love.. Daniel... a "student" in Italy... their eyes cross paths... its love at first sight... but Sophia has a secret she's been keeping to herself... the real reason she doesn't want to go home... and how can she even go home when her own mother doesn't believe the distress her daughter lives in??? Will love make it all better?? Is Daniel really who he says he is??

Love Made in Italy is the first book I read from Ava Danielle and I must say I was impressed... I loved how the author described all details... from what the characters looked like to the music playing in the background... I do think this book is a must read and will be picking up more AD books in the future.

I seriously feel like I summered in Italy! This Author had to have a major love for the location because she bled the most creative detail of the surroundings! Ava seduced all five senses; taste, smell, feel, sound, and of course sight!

Sophia is a lovable character with a mysterious and dark past that is struggling to move on!

Danielle is her open door to all of what she desires, but he comes with secrets too!

The suspense and the thrill behind this romance is exciting and adds flavor to the whole book!

It's steamy hot and stoked with passion!!!

Well done Ava Danielle! You got me

This book offered me more than I thought, and by more, I mean—more than romance. Jeez! Sophia was through the wringer and back again. The ripple effects of her past unfold and are felt until nearly the end of the book. I have to say, I envy her ability to bounce back from the horrors of her past and the new threats that present themselves throughout the book. I almost struggled to keep reading at parts—without pausing and taking a breather—because Sophia bounced right back, while I was like, alright...I need a minute on that one. But that's who she is, strong, determined and always moving forward. And from the second Daniel met her eyes, these two pulled me right along with them for the roller coaster ride to their happily-ever-after. I liked the twists and turns in this story. It was exciting without causing angst about Sophia and Daniel. I felt sure about them all along, and I like that in a book. I don't like all the drama or angst having to do with on-again and off-again. Sophia had her doubts and used her keen senses because she couldn't trust anyone. But, she stuck with Daniel and learned through his love and support to trust again. By the end, Sophia finally got her new beginning with Daniel and it was as perfect as Love Made in Italy!

This is a fun, spicy read!
...did I mention gelato? ;)

I'll be adding more books from this author to my TBR! :)
