Author Kyle Wests books just keep getting better . I love the way he's able to tell this story from two different timelines but still manages to keep it relevant to the present. Each time giving us more understanding as to what and why things are happening. As you continue to read you want to know, no you have to know, what the heck is going to happen next. I don't give spoilers, so forgive the vagueness of what I'm writing. Just know that this new series, even though four hundred years have passed since the time of the Wasteland Chronicle's, is very much tied to that pass. I can't tell you how much that pleases me as I hated thinking that amazing series was over. I'm once again immersed in this fantastical world of this authors amazing story telling abilities. Oh no, I've finished this book way too fast, when is my next fix into this world going to be ready? What will happen next, will the past and present become one? What the heck are you waiting for get up from there and go get this book and if for some forsaken reason you haven't read the Wasteland Chronicle series and the first book Prophecy from this series, The Xenoworld Saga, well I just feel really bad for you because you've missed reading some magnificent stories.
