Uncorked by Victoria Arden Book Review

“Row after row of vines, running toward limestone bluffs that caught the morning light like something out of a painting.” This place sounds beautiful, a perfect picture painted, a place you would want to be.

This book is comical. It will have you laughing out loud. The “Rules” they follow and the teasing is the part of the book I enjoyed the most. Shout out to Biscuit the Mare who keeps us entertained.

Forced Proximity trope.

What lies in the Barrel Room?

What is happening in the background?

Victoria highlights the theme of having to prove yourself and live up to expectations. This impacts a person, shapes who they are.

A fake relationship, but for how long will it be fake?

“except the one thing people won't let him have on his own terms, which is himself” This is so sad, but it happens. People can expect a lot from us, so much that we lose ourselves along the way, no longer prioritising our needs.

I love Beck's protective side. It makes him even more attractive. Readers will fall in love with him. He is also such a Gentleman.

Victoria creates this beautiful scene of a found family, a place where you can belong. It's really beautiful. Ivy is scared to love and to let that be a part of her life. Her emotions show through beautifully. I felt every word and inner thought.

Vulnerable, real moments happen in this book. Ivy's character shows so much development as she slowly lets herself have feelings for Beck. It's beautiful to see.

Vandalism. Whodunnit?

The past comes back to test Ivy.

A break in, it's so intense.

A Threat.

This book is Steamy.

Beck goes through such a journey in this book. He develops so much more than a wine. He develops courage.

Betrayal. Will it be the end for our couple?

An Envelope. What lies inside?

Everything keeps going wrong, can they save it?

Secrets.

The past comes back to test them all. Can all be solved?

An ending full of surprises and secrets to be revealed … I can't wait for the next installment.

“My restaurant is thirty days from closing, my reputation is hanging by a thread, and the only thing keeping both alive is pretending to date my billionaire boss.

Beck Beaumont is the quiet genius behind his family's legendary vineyard—the man who pairs world-class wines with unforgettable meals and somehow remembers exactly how I take my coffee.”
Another timeless book that can be revisited several times and still be enjoyable. The characters come to life on the pages. The story has several interesting elements . A mystery, a betrayal and a beautiful love story. Ivy is a surprise to Beck with her palate. They are both masters of their respective craft and complement each other very well. Their attraction is unmatched. It was no surprise that they went quickly from rules/ contracts to real emotions. I would give this book more than 5 stars if possible.

Uncorked by Victoria Arden is a fun, swoony small-town romance with all the tropes I enjoy: fake dating, billionaire romance, undeniable chemistry, and a charming vineyard setting. I loved watching the relationship evolve from something that was supposed to be pretend into something much more meaningful. The characters had great chemistry, and the banter and romantic tension kept me turning the pages. I also enjoyed the small-town atmosphere and the way the vineyard setting gave the story a cozy feel while still delivering plenty of drama and romance. Overall, Uncorked was a sweet, steamy, emotional, and has that satisfying romantic escape I look for in this genre.

This is the story about the second eldest son, Beck. He is now the wine maker of Beaumont Wines.
Big event weekend coming up and a chef that knows her way around a kitchen comes to prepare for the event, Ivy.
This book is full of chemistry between Beck and Ivy. The Beaumont family is one that you will fall in love with.

This is Book 2 and I am hoping Book 3 will be in the works soon.

Beck is the eldest son and the wine maker of Beaumont Wines. Needing chef for an event he hires Ivy. Now Ivy knows her wines as well as her food. The kitchen is her domain and Beck soon releases not to mess about in her space.
One thing for sure is the chemistry between them. One water leak a these two find themselves sharing more than a kitchen.
This book has family, chemistry, perfect spice and brilliant characters.

A charming and intriguing story between a chef and vineyard owner who has to fake date. I loved how Beck and Ivy relationship progressed throughout the story. The characters had enough chemistry and attraction to actually forge something real. I found this book delightful and the story was very well written. The scenes felt real like you can actually experience it in real life. It was worth reading and I enjoyed it.

Fabulous book favorite one so far. Ivy and Beck are a perfect pairing right from the start. Her food is top notch and his wine is so good his father refuses to admit it. After hiding his wine in the dark for years Beck finally gets the blend with Ivy he is willing to show and finds out it was always better than anything his father ever did. Ivy is fighting to keep her people employed and paid after her partner steals everything out from under her. Together they bring in a winning combination every time.

This book is well written and keeps your attention. It has a few spicy scenes but not an overwhelming amount. It has alittle bit of a mystery going on with your romance. Definitely a book that I would recommend to friends.

The workup, the suspense, the storyline, the family -there is nothing not to like about this book. The descriptions and pictures written in this book made me smell and taste them, and just the right amount of intrigue to keep me on my toes till the last paragraph - storytelling at its best.
