Turkel is a marketing guru - after 20+ years I thought I knew the score and yet he taught me so much. If you are in the biz it is a must read.

Nice, succinct reminders about clearly communicating your brand. The illustrations were fun, and this quick read was memorable. We should all aspire to fun, memorable, clear communications.
