That is what they thought. Little did they know, Dominic would never get the chance at for all of time. Now, not only is Adaline the number one suspect in her husband’s murder, but she is also next on Vincent Rossi’s hit list. She has no choice but to change her appearance along with her identity and go on the run.
Four years and several cities behind her, Adaline is now, Vada Bruno, a lonely shell of who she once was with Dominic by her side.
Isaac, a Miami police officer, is immediately drawn to Vada the moment he meets her in Carlos’s Café. Something about the new barista reminds him of his own past. Vada wants nothing to do with Isaac as she has more important issues to take care of, but that doesn't stop his persistence. He is determined to break through her tough exterior to find her heart.
Will Adaline live off the grid her entire life, confined to the role of Vada; always in fear for her safety? Or will Vincent finally catch up to her and make her pay for all the trouble she caused to his business?

I wasn’t supposed to start this book when I did. I have a ton of books that I got before this one but took a peek when I got this to check it out. I never put it down until it was done.
This book grabbed me from page one and held on long after I finished reading it. I love this story! The characters were so well developed that I ended up going through all the same emotions they were going through during the story: heartache, joy, fear, shock, angst, everything!
The book switches from present to past which fills us in on Vada’s history to give us more of an understanding of her situation and reasoning behind the walls she has built to protect herself and her son. This is so well written that I could feel my heart pounding at different times for different reasons – excitement, fear, shock… There were a few points during the story where I was literally left breathless.
The storyline is fantastic. The author does a great job building the story and creating suspense. I also found myself torn between wanting Vada to let down her defenses and start a relationship with Isaac, and running in the other direction.
This is one of those books that I could not put down but when it was done, I was sad I finished it so fast because I didn’t want it to end. This definitely gave me a book hangover!
I loved this book from beginning to end. It was engaging, emotional, and vividly written. Romance without being trashy, culture, mystery, murder, suspense, this book has it all. Great read.
Forever, For Always is a story of young Adeline who must change her life, run from everything and everyone she knows, to keep herself and the last part of Dominic that she has, alive. Fast forward four years and Adeline now goes by the name Vada Bruno and lives far from everything she grew up knowing. She's changed her name, her hair, and moves around every couple of months to keep from being found. That is, until she meets Isaac.
Isaac is a Miami cop that can't resist Vada, despite her not-so-subtle lack of interest in him. He continues to wear her down while she works in the cafe, trying to get her to go out with him, trying to get to know her. Something about her is mysterious. Something about her reminds him of his own past.
I really enjoyed reading this sweet story about Vada slowing letting down her defenses and allowing herself to love and be loved again. She had a tough time and Quinn did a great job showing the conflicting emotions that Vada felt. Another thing I enjoyed about this book is how it was written with alternating time frames, going from past to present to help tell the entire story. It was written very well and was easy to follow.
I liked the book, the pace and the characters. I specially liked the support that the main character received from the people that surrounded her when she needed them the most. I didn't t like how Officer Monroe acted when she plotted the plan to get Beni back, I mean he was a detective after all. That's why I rated the book with a three point out of five, besides I felt there was some parts of the story that I would've wanted more developed.

Forever, For Always was an easy read with fairly good story flow. The story line kept me engaged and wanting to know the outcome. My only reason for not giving it more stars is the stilted dialogue. I didn't feel as connected to Adaline/Vada, because so much of her dialogue was extremely formal. The writing is proper, but it isn't how most people talk in conversation. With some tweaks to the dialogue, I could give this book 4-4.5 stars.
Wow this book sucked me in and I couldn't stop till I finished. Bit of suspense, romance and mystery. Adaline is now Vada Bruno her Dominic is gone and she keeps moving to keep from being found. She meets a policeman named Isaac who despite her best efforts sneaks his way into her life. Intense story great read.
