As usual, this isn't a review. It's just me alerting my followers that I have a new novel out today. I'm happy to announce the launch of a new novel, Warfront Avaroa, the first book in a planned series called Galactic Resurgence. This is a military SF series in the vein of The Forever War or Terms of Enlistment. As such, I'm expanding my horizons from my usual fare, with the help of my co-author, J.T. Merrick, a U.S. Army armored forces veteran and exceptional writer.
While it's my first venture into military science fiction, I'd like to think those of you who like my other work will like this as well--although there's only one way for you to know for sure 🙂. I hope all of you will give it a try, but especially those of you in KU who can download the novel for free and see what you think. Thanks!

Chillingly Believable
IMO this is a great story with captivating character development. The protagonists were likeable and the depiction of how things could be in the future is riveting.

Pointless
I read up to about 25% of the way through. If a book can’t find a way to make sense by then, it never will. The storyline never materialized, if there was one.
