Learn how to build strength in your muscles the right way!

This is an amazing book to help strengthen and condition the body. The author, who is an expert in helping people become physically fit, has compiled progressive exercises with photos of the correct body stance and links to videos, demonstrating the exercise. This is a wonderful reference and guide for the correct body posture and which muscles are emphasized. I recommend this book for everyone's library.

This book is an outstanding guide to understanding how to prepare our bodies for the rigors of climbing with minimal equipment or facilities at our disposal. You can do the majority of these exercises anywhere you go.

This is a great introductory guide to bodyweight movement and practices that can help with all kinds of outdoor exercises. Pollmeier comes from a climbing (and tennis) background, so there's a certain emphasis on that, but it isn't overwhelming. Certainly, anyone doing outdoor movement would find something in here to benefit from. It's well written and clearly structured, too.
