Bit of a strange setting, which isn't totally explained.
They want to let her leave the farm and that is bad news in the world they are now living in. But he has an idea, they turn her into a hucow to get some more food, thanks to her lactation. And it works.
The extra thing is she is more horny and they don't mind to help her with that and that is hot.
