I read this a couple of months back in this English translation by Hanna Leliv. Jantar made some copies of Hemingway Knows Nothing available ahead of the official release to those who had pre-ordered.
Prof. Hugh Roberts provides the introduction to Artur Dron's prose, and Hanna Leliv walks the reader through some of the choices and decisions she made as translator in an afterword itself written as she took shelter. Her translation reads so well and her occasional contextual footnotes are helpful.
I'm not sure it's for me to really review at length these essays relating experiences of war and loss, of memory and recovery. It's an important collection of writing which is definitely worth seeking out and reading for oneself. One little thing I'd suggest is to pick up Dron's collection of poetry, We Were Here, too, if you've not already, as the poetry and prose are linked.
