It's not exactly what I'm asking about shifters waiting for their mates... He waited because he's been a dragon since he was 13 and there aren't many female dragons flying around town. Anyways he was too adorable.
Something didn't work out with the h, probably the mother hen attitude doesn't work with me 😐

Virgin hero shifts first time since he was 13 in front of the love of his life, his dog sprints, he realises he's naked, SIL he scared half to death earlier shows up with clothes!

Heroine was also very pleased to notice that he tries to cover himself in front of the SIL, but not in front of our heroine.

Another gold one from this author. I'm quite pleasantly surprised by this authors work and how she manages the build up of the story. I loved all characters, specially H. He stayed in his dragon form since his childhood and therefore had no real experience in being an adult human. It was great to see how h teaches him to accommodate to present time, also in the sexual department (since H was a virgin).
I can't wait to read about the rest of the brothers stories. This one's a real treat. :)

So far this one was my favorite.
Ilie has been a dragon all his life as a young boy he shifted into a dragon and never shifted back. Now that his brother has a mate he wants that too but nobody in town is his mate. Until Becca shows up in town she is a new teacher in town. Cara as the mayors wife tells her about dragons and Becca isn't scared which is good because she ends up being Ilie mate and he suddenly turns back into a human. I thought it was cute that he doesn't know much because he has been a dragon for so long. He appreciates the little things like his favorite candy or just a simple show that Becca watches. Ilie and becca are great together and happy she was able to bring him back.
Not sure how I feel about the next book (twins and 1 girl eh) so I might skip it and go to the next brother

October 1, 2018Not really a Beauty & the Beast retelling, but a sweet dragon shifter story with an adorable subplot about how the dragon's dog doesn't recognize him when he's human. As a member of the BATB related stories I did like the way the shifting aspect worked.

I love Ilie!
This is Ilie and Mouse's story, about finding their third. Becca comes to town to teach science and ends up getting taught a few things herself! Mouse can't figure out what happened to his owner, but with Becca's help he'll find his dragon. Ilie has to learn to be more human, and it's a fairly funny experience. I think people would love this book.

She learns that I lie is in Dragon form until he meets his mate. Becca goes looking to see Ilie in his Dragon form, when a nude and muddy guy comes stumbling out of the woods. Guess who?

Awesome great storyline. If a dragon could stay a dragon he would have until she came, and thise persuasive eyes changed everything.
Fast read, so warm and tender, finding love, an adventure and a re-acquaintance of an old friend. Awesomeness feel all warm and fuzzy with this beautiful written story. Hot and sexy too.

Enjoyed reading Ille's story.
A short cute simple easy story about Ille meeting his mate. Very insta fated mate/love at first sight.
When he first sets eyes on Becca he transforms out of his dragon form for the first time in years.
Once again Mouse was a star in this story.

Short and sweet
Loved the tail of a dragon that transformed to stay with his mate. His Mouse was a great character.
Wish author would show us a glimpse in the future after all the stores in series are done.

A cute shorty story

This was such a sweet short story I actually needed it just to freshen up from my last book. It was exactly as you expect from the title. Also no messing no drama just a pure shifter and mate love story.

Another in the Gray's Hollow Dragon Shifters series. It's a cute story, but I would have liked to see more time spent on Ilie's adjustment to being both human and dragon.

Sweet and shy dragon hero
This is the second story in the Gray's Hollow Dragon shifters series. Each story is a complete short story, just a continuation about the next Gray brother. The author briefly introduced Ilie, the H in the first story. Ilie is such a sweet hero, you can just feel it. I like that he is shy and sweet, not that he doesn't quickly overcome this when things heat up with his mate, Becca. He is a great pet owner, even as a dragon. In both stories, the H and h feel a deep emotional connection immediately. The story is short, but not to short. Just the rights amount to get you invested in the characters, get hot with their mating and finally a happily ever after with no cliffhanger.
I recommend this book to anyone over 18. I hope the author continues the Gray's Hollow Dragon Shifter series. Laurence story should be next!

Man I just loved how sweet this was. I really loved Ilie and he had a child-like quality to him because he's been a dragon and in his form since he was a kid. Never changed to human until he happened across Becca who happened to be looking for him. LOL. She accepts the dragon thing fast because Cara introduced her to Gus's dragon form. So, it was quick as well. She meets Ilie naked no less...lol and instant connection! It was rather sweet and endearing. He knows nothing of the world now...well he does but its way different than when he was a kid. Becca showing him how to make love was just sweet and hot. He learned fast! :) Sweet Mouse found his friend! Poor doggie was confused! I really hope we meet more of the brothers. This is a great series. Sweet and sexy and such likable characters and a different look on dragon shifters. Its unique.

2 1/2 Stars - Ilie and Becca's story was hard to wrap my head around. I understood how he grew up, but the story did not come together for me. It made Becca seem like a Mrs. Robinson. The sex in the story felt awkward because of his naivete about everything, but sex he seemed to understand perfectly well. This did not make sense. I did not like this short story, except for his love and concern for his dog.
I have enjoyed this author's other series, but this one is just not working for me. This is why authors need to consider beta readers. The most exciting thing about this story was Mouse.
