How far will one man go to get what (or rather who) he wants? For Devin, there seems to be no such thing as too far, as he does whatever it takes to claim Lucia.
This was a hot short read and a great way to start of the anthology, Dirty. I liked it, but did not love it. Lucia is an erotica author, so a lot of the story includes flashes of her books, scenes that are both recounting the books she writes and include some fantasy as Devin pictures the two of them as the main characters. This is something that I am not a huge fan of as a reader. Not sure why, but it always feels disconnected from the story when it’s used. Like, rather than getting to connect to the characters through their own experiences, I am given experiences of others that in the end don’t really matter – so yeah, the flashes of story were sexy – but for me it sort of took away from the time with Devin and Lucia that could have allowed me time to connect to the.
In the end, this is still a 3.5 Star read for me and it set a good pace to the start of the 3 story anthology.

I started off a little bit confused as to what was going on, but the jist of it was that Devin Andrews, Hollywood superstar, picked up an erotic book one day and was so engrossed with the words on the page that he decided to look up the author and see who the mastermind behind the sexy stories was. When he sees a photograph of author Lucia, he falls in immediate lust.
After connecting with her online for several months, he somehow orchestrates a meeting with her, leading to some hot and steamy times.
This was an OK short story, but the flashbacks to her fantasies/stories were a little annoying. Still, it was interesting enough for a quick read.

Dirty Words was a mixed bag for me.
The premise of this short read is actually pretty intriguing. Devin, who is a famous actor, becomes obsessed with an author of erotica. He becomes online friends with her and his initial infatuation leads to stalker thoughts and behaviors. His fantasies are quite hot, but they creeped me out at the same time. Hot, but not romantic in the slightest.
I had a bit of confusion when Devin's thoughts, fantasies, and book flashbacks were bunched together. One would lead into another and I would need to slow down to adjust to what was being told. I would have preferred to have more time put into the connection between the characters than having so much time spent just in his head.
Anyway, This was a quick, hot, and different kind of read. Didn't love it, didn't hate it, and would recommend for when you're in the mood for some dirty scenes and lots of dirty words.

This is another little naughty read by Reyes. It short, sexy and intoxicating. I can see how it might not appeal to some as Devin does have some stalker-ish tendencies. However his female object of desire, Lucia, shares similar fantasies. She wants Devin just the same. Additionally there is a foundation between them as they have formed a friendship unbeknownst to Lucia because Devin uses an online profile to chat with her. So while it seems creepy its actually quite erotic that the two characters both desire each other equally. When they finally get together, Reyes of course does what she does best and provides the reader with an explosive, steamy scene between two characters who choose to get lost in each other.
Again a quick sexy, dirty read that will satisfy anyone craving for a little erotic fantasy.

I really liked this one, it was a quick sexy read. I'm usually not a huge fan of the short novellas, because I find it hard to connect with the character due to so much happening in such a short time. However, I found Devin and Lucia very easy to connect to. I loved that she had her crush on him that her fans all knew about, and that he returned that crush unbeknownst to her. I thought Devin was kind of funny in his creepy stalker kind of way. Nice twist to have someone famous be the stalker type for a change. Lucia was fun and quirky. The sex scenes were pretty steamy too. If you are looking for something different, fun and sexy this novella is definitely all that.

Just....wow. I popped my Elena cherry with this book and I am thankful to say that I was not disappointed. Devin and Lucia were absolutely perfect together.
What happens when Devin Andrews reads his first erotica snippet is something he'd never imagine...instant lust. Curious to know more about the woman writing the words he now finds himself obsessed with he takes to Facebook to track her down....Lucia White is a renowned erotica author.
If possessive alpha male with slight stalker tendencies are your cup of tea you've come to the right place. Head the books warning. This is a quick paced, passionate, and somewhat dark read. And I'm happy to say I loved every 'dirty' minute of it.

Love those DIRTY WORDS !!
So this was a super short , super hot story about an actor , Devin , who falls for the author of an erotica story his co-star is reading. He may have some stalking tendencies but hey he is hot and his fantasies are amazing !! After becoming online friends the heat becomes intense. His fantasies even hotter and the closer to her he gets the more odd he becomes to the reader !! Now to spoil but WOW once they finally come face to face it is just WOW !! Talk about heat , panty melting heat !! No it is not the most conventional story but it is damn hot and fun to fly through when you need some escape from boring reality !!

Dirty Words is a very short very Dirty read. It is based on two people and their fantasies that happen to be about each other. It does take some getting used to, most of it is written as in fantasy mode and eventually cumming together rather explosively. (and I did mean as in sexually)!!!!
I'm sorry the book is rather rude so its rubbing off on me!
It took me about 20 minutes to read this and it was a very steamy 20 minutes I'll tell you!!
If you like short reads and like them naughty, hot and a little unusual then this is for you.

Devin had me hooked since his first dirty word and deed to the very end. This story was naughty and funny with some lurker tendencies. Who would ever guess that your celebrity crush could be crushing on you? That’s what has happened to Lucia. She is an erotic author and Devin has been hooked on her work since his first glance but he intends to make her written words come true. This was a fun little read with moments that I had to read over again because I could not believe what I had just read. That Devin is one wicked little man and I loved every minute of him.

Honestly this was not my type of book at all, even with how short it was, it was very difficult for me to get through. Not saying that others won't enjoy it. The title is perfect, the leading man was a bit too creepy to me for the leading lady to choose to get close to him.. but whatever floats their boat! I'd recommend this to those who are into the Fifty Shades type of books..

Hmm, ok so I'm all for short stories, but I really didn't enjoy this book much. Now there were points in this book, that I enjoyed, but I was a bit creeped out how much Devin was into stalking without thinking it was a bad thing and how Lucia was not in any way disturbed by it all when she found out. This story has so much potential, and I would like to see it re worked to make it an even better story

Really enjoyed this short story
This is a new to me author whose first chapter teaser drew me right in! I enjoyed the characters, who were both pretty strong. Of course the H was an over the top alpha (which I love). This story is hot and HOT. I recommend that you not read this in a public place as the heat index will cause noticeable flushing and squirming!

I very quick easy smutty read :) First couple chapters are a little confusing when they keep going back and forth with what the main character is doing and reading. Cute story of how both Devin & Lucia have their personal fantasies turn into reality...

Book 1 by Elena M. Reyes, in The Dirty Anthology, a 2 really wasn't worth my time. The main character was close to being a stalker & it creeped me out! I get that celebrates have to hide from the outside world. But to do what this guy did was just too much. Definitely not romantic to me.
