A lifelong bookworm and romantic comedy devotee, Katie grew up in New Hampshire, where she spent much of her childhood with her nose in a book while her sister tried unsuccessfully to lure her outdoors. She earned a degree in Communications from Plymouth State University and built a career in public relations, brand strategy, and corporate storytelling before finally pursuing her dream of writing fiction.
Today, she lives in Westwood, Massachusetts, with her husband and two children. When she’s not writing, she’s building over-the-top charcuterie boards, planning her next trip, or daydreaming about owning a wine cellar. Take Me Anywhere is an emotional rollercoaster in the best way — full of love, loss, grief, excitement, peace, and hope. Hannah is so relatable that you can't help but root for her and want to join her on every step of her journey. The way each location is described is so vivid, it made me want to book a flight immediately. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough to see what would happen next. A truly great read!

An absolute must-read that completely stole my heart!!
As part of the advanced reader crew—and a 40+ woman who loves to travel—I was so excited for Katie Walsh's Take Me Anywhere. I’ve actually been lucky enough to visit almost all the places mentioned in the book, from the historic cities to the cliffside lemon groves, so I had high expectations for how they'd be described. The only country I hadn’t made it to yet, is the first one (had to cancel the trip). But honestly? Walsh's writing is so fabulous and immersive, it felt like I was right there with Hannah, taking in the beautiful tropical waters myself.
This isn't just a fun travel story, though. It’s a beautiful, relatable romance covering an array of emotions, including grief, second chances, and rediscovering yourself when life doesn't go the way you planned (let’s face it, when does it ever?).
Seeing a woman in her 40s step out of her comfort zone, be true to herself (which sometimes means saying no to opportunities presented) and choose her own happily ever after, was so refreshing.
Pack your figurative bags and pour yourself a glass of wine), because this beautiful book will make you want to book a flight immediately!

A fun, heartfelt read that left me with plenty of wanderlust!
I love how this was a love letter to so many facets of life — friendship, travel, romance, grief, and perhaps most importantly, ourselves.
I really enjoyed going on this journey with Hannah. The travel and adventures were such a fun part of the story, but I found myself most drawn to her relationships and the way she began to see what was possible for her. It was a great reminder that sometimes letting go of what we thought we wanted opens the door to something even better.

WOW! This book was incredible and very well written. I highly recommend reading it. I experienced every emotion possible while reading this book and I didn't want the story to end. The characters were so real and relatable. I absolutely loved Hannah, the main character. Hannah truly inspired me to have my own solo adventures.
