Take this emotional ride with Xyla and Taej as their love is tested in more ways than one.
This book was really good. I love Xyla and Taej and was hoping that they would get it together. I can't stand Xyla and was happy to see that she overcame everything. I can't wait for part 2 because that ending left mouth open I did not see that happening.
Great book! My least favorite character was xyla mother. I loved taej and his mother. I read this book slow cause I didn't want it to end. I'm ready for the next one#!
Both Xyla and Taej were too stubborn and now with more secrets I’m not sure if they can recover. Isys you can’t really be mad at her actions because hurt people hurt people....
Now this is my second series reading by Kyoshi and she has me hooked all over again. Just when I thought one thing she turned me in another direction. Keep them coming girl.
This was such a good read. Xyla has to grow up fast while raising her baby sister while her mother isys just abandons them. Having a night out to be a kid xyla let's her best friend makynli take her to a party and it changes her world. Xyla gets shot and taej saves her. A weird connection between the two starts to form but drama in the name of baby mama shatters any chances they have. Now moving on with their lives xyla in college, taej a nfl player,Sammy and makynli started a family. That ending can't wait for more.
Kyoshi great job this book was the bomb.I really enjoyed this book. Read this book straight through nonstop. The author did a great job with these characters this was a teenage relationship that turned into love with a lot of natural setbacks. I felt a connection with all of the characters. Xyla and Taej were my favorite. I can't wait for part 2. Purchase this book and you will not be disappointed.
This book was heart touching to say the least.. Xyla was a brave and strong girl to endure all that mess and not give up.. I am enjoying the story of their lives and can't wait to read part 2... I felt like I could really identify with some of their issues and situations...
I really enjoyed reading Xyla story. I am glad this was not your typical hood book. Don't get me wrong I love reading hood stories. After everything Xyla been through I am glad she did something with her life. I wanted her and Taej to work things out. Could not believe the shocker at the end of the book. Can't wait to read pt 2 when it comes out.
I'm mad that it's over! Dang that was a good book I'm ready for part 2 so I hope it's coming very soon Kyoshi! Can't wait to see how Xyla is going to explain her son and going all these years keeping him from his dad.
That's love after 7 years Xyla and Taej they still have those same feelings for each other. I wonder if his Mom knows about his Son. I wish this could of been one book but I will have to wait for part 2
I love the books that start like from their teen life and then moves to adulthood. It gives me more incite on the actual story and characters. Really good book, can't wait til book 2!
This was a great read I would like to read more of your books. All this drama in this book ooo we I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens next with Xyla and Taej
Oh my goodness what an excellent read! This writer encompasses all factors of reality in this book! Although some may say that Xyla's story only happens in story books but the reality is that it does happen! So enjoy
I loved how this story was set so that we got a peek at both there younger life's and adult life as well, I can't wait for part two so u can see taej face . Part two plz
